Heading down to the lower ground floor you will find the open plan kitchen/dining room, again perfect for socialising together and enjoying a meal, with views out to the pretty, communal terraced area which can be accessed by a rear door and leads to the car parking space and bin store.The kitchen and utility are fully equipped so that you find it a home from home, with dishwasher and washing/dryer for your convenience. Tea, coffee and long life milk are provided for refreshments on arrival along with essential cleaning materials.The first floor consists of the master bedroom overlooking the pretty church opposite at the front and the second small double bedroom with fabulous views at the back across the Severn Valley. The family bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and basin. All rooms feature period sash windows and high ceilings and feel bright and airy. You will find parking continuing along the roadside in front of the property so that you can unload and then move you car round to the rear where you will find the designated parking space. Parking on the roadside in front of the property is available Mon-Sat 8am-6:30pm for 1hour, Sunday and after 6;30pm every day is unlimited.
