GGuest UserStop for 1 night. Small room but clean. Resident and departure exactly as indicated in the reservation. Nearby no food or shops. Staff is kind and willing to help if necessary.

GGuest UserEven though i had an email confirmation of early check in, the reception guy was asking me to wait till 2 pm until i produced the email copy. So basically no record / track is kept about guests requests. Secondly, the entrance was horrible as some underground work was going on and had a large pit dug on the narrow road that leads to the hotel from the main road. So the guests had to take a long way around using a different parallel road to reach the hotel which i had to figure out myself. The hotel authority should have informed this earlier. Otherwise, this is a budget stay hotel. Since i was about to checkout early considering the fact that i checked in early, provisions were made to provide the complimentary breakfast on the day i checked in and i do appreciate it ! i would also suggest an inprovement to provide an intercom facility in future. Thanks

GGuest UserStayed in a standard non ac double bed room. Room was beautifully furnished. Hotel is present at very pleasant and peaceful location. Just a 6 min walk away from the beautiful auro beach. All the necessary food and amenities are available within a 2 min walking distance from the hotel. Hotel staff(s) are very helpful and kind. Courteous service from their end.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the globe house of Le Apex which is in the topmost floor. The room was beautiful! It had two balconies that provided excellent views. The caretaker Aneesh was extremely helpful. He helped arrange rentals for us to roam around Pondicherry. Knowing we had a wonderful place to stay at the end of the day was relieving despite the tiredness from the daily travels. I would highly recommend the stay!
