Grand Bay Beach is a seashore paradise located in the town of Rio Grande, near Shopping Centers, Golf Courses, Hotels, and Tourist attractions (El Yunque Tropical Rain Forest and Fajardo's Bioluminiscent Bay). It is a 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom, duplex beach condo that is equipped with most of the modern conveniences that you would expect at your regular home - namely, a Two-door Stainless Steel refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, flatware, silverware, pots and pans, a wine cooler, a hood that serves as a smoke extractor, 3 TV sets, 2 DVD players, 3 A/C units, water heater, Washer/Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Jacuzzi, towels, linens, etc.It is truly a paradise to stay here and enjoy a peaceful environment where you can relax in the swimming pools or at the beach in our tropical island where the average temperature during winter time is in the mid 70s. Bring the whole family to this great 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with lots of room for fun. The complex has two large pools and private entrance to the beach. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and the living room has a ceiling fan. The condo also has two porches which provide a wonderful cross breeze and view. The condo is in a gated community that is conveniently located 30 miles east of San Juan and 15 miles west of El Yunque Rainforest. It is in a small town, so a rental car is a must. One bedroom consists of a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin / full bunk bed and an additional full-size trundle bed. Both bedrooms are able to comfortably sleep 6 people. Also, you can check daily snorkeling trips from Fajardo to Culebra or Icacos. Also you can spend a day at ElYunque, Old San Juan, kayak o paddle board at the Condado Lagoon, drive to Cayey for the pork route to eat roasted pork, arroz con gandules (rice with pigeon peas) and all the wonderful foods sold at Guavate. You can combine Guavate with a short easy hike at Charco Azul in Patillas. Consider Ponce, or the Camuy Caverns, Toro Verde for zip lining, for a day trip.
