The kitchen, featuring an accent island with storage, opens directly into the living space for optimal entertaining flow. With walk-in closets in both bedrooms, a large foyer closet, and ample kitchen cabinetry, the Royal maximizes usable space at every turn. The covered balcony allows for a refreshing indoor-outdoor entertaining space that is perfect for a quiet afternoon or an al fresco dinner.Guest access:Annapolis is a very accessible city! Most destinations will be within walking distance of the property. There is also free public transportation called the Circulator. This trolley is available daily from 8 am to 8 pm. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.Other things to noteThis is our first home! We are working toward creating multiple VRBO listings for our guests to enjoy all over the country (and possibly even the world). You will be glad you did as it is an oasis in the heart of Historic Annapolis!There is a large deck with city views of the historic Maryland State House. The condo is one half block from Main Street, where coffee bars, restaurants, shops, entertainment and history awaits. The condo is within five blocks of the Naval Academy, City Dock and the harbor. Historic Annapolis is a great place to walk and enjoy the sites, the water and the entertainment, with live music, carriage rides and piano bars.
