Welcome to Just Beachy! This brand new, secluded, rear condo is situated a short walk from the beach, across the street from the historic Whalehead Club, Corolla Park, and Corolla Light Town Center, which is located directly behind the community. In addition, the Outer Banks 4x4 Beach access is 3 minutes away. This brand-new community has a pool and cabanas for rent (in season). The unit is a short walk from the pool and the beach. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms both with new king size beds, a queen size sleeper sofa, 2 full bathrooms that include a starter kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The fully stocked, large kitchen is set for all of your cooking needs and includes dishwashing and laundry tabs. The kitchen has a large center island with plenty of seating. In addition, we have provided a Keurig (K cup pods), regular coffee maker and an electric kettle for the beverage of your choice. Walk to nearby restaurants, Corolla Park and Corolla Village within 3-10 minutes! The community features a pool which is available seasonally (mid May to mid October)! Whether you choose to enjoy beach time, a visit to the Lighthouse, a short walk to dinner or to pick up a fresh cup of coffee, we've got you covered! We are also situated next to an airdown station, and just a few miles from the 4WD beach access, the wild horse sanctuary and Carova. Several restaurants and shops are within walking distance, a unique and convenient experience in Corolla!The unit features two king beds and a queen pull out sofa. There is one ensuite bathroom, as well as a second "jack-and-jill" style bathroom, with access to the hall and second bedroom, which can easily be treated as a second ensuite. Perfect for couples or families and dog friendly!The living space features an 8-foot island, with plenty of space to enjoy dinner with family and friends, play games or work remotely! It also features a fully stocked kitchen, with a dishwasher, blender, coffee pot/maker and plenty of cookware. A washer/dryer is located in the hallway closet. There is a private patio in the front where you can let towels dry after a long day at the beach. A grill and outdoor shower are also available on the side of the unit.The development features a community pool, open mid May to mid October. It is heated when the air temperature is cooler. Don't Worry, Beach Happy is the perfect place for a fun vacation. This luxury, single level condo is located in the brand new Beacon Quarters community. The whole group will enjoy not only the community pool (May-September) and volleyball area, but the wonderful tranquility of the nearby, sound-side waterfront. Watch your loved ones enjoy the pool as you make sandwiches or sit on the front porch. To top it all off, it's less than a mile away from access to the beautiful Corolla beach (about 6-10 minute walk). Shower off after your fun day in the outside shower with hot and cold taps. An elegant kitchen is just waiting for your culinary touch with a well-equipped cooking area. Seating for 6 surrounds the beautiful white quartz island countertops. Coffee pot or Keurig coffee, your morning will be started off right. The kitchen even has a deep crab pot ready for your seafood dinner.Enjoy staying in the Master King bedroom with a private full bathroom (the turtle room). The second spacious bedroom also provides a King bed, decorated with fun flamingos and connected with a common full bathroom. TV is located in each bedroom and living room.When you arrive back from a day of playing in the sand or visiting historic Corolla, sit back on the porch with a cold drink. A gas grill and an outdoor seating area make you feel right at home. Sip a glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the trees or relax in the well-lit the pool with palm trees in the background. We love dogs and allow them in our condo! We have furniture covers, dog towels and dishes for your use. Cats are NOT allowed.Available to renters are games and puzzles (for rainy days).
