This is a beautiful downstairs apartment, with all of the amenities of home. The apartment is accessed either by the front door on the porch, or by the back door which is open to a large, grassy lot.Inside, we have a very functional kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, crock pot, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic kitchen tools are provided.The apartment sleeps 6 adults, though we'd be happy to host more if at least two are children. Each bedroom has a comfortable 12" queen sized memory foam mattress, and there is an additional folding floor mattress. There is also a sound/white noise machine for anyone who needs it :)The living room is comfortable, with a smart TV and wifi available. Window air conditioning units are provided.We're happy to host families and children - let us know if you need anything for your kids!Early check in / late check out may be available, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.Please contact us with any questions or special requests. Grey Wolf is a cozy updated vintage family style cottage on Big Wolf Lake in a quiet neighborhood. The waterfront is great for swimming, boating, and fishing. Wolf Lake is mostly used by anglers and rafters making their slow way around with only a few jet ski's. Use our dock, a boat launch is nearby. Interested to rent a pontoon? Contact NEW Butterfields Marina 517-474-0774! At the end of the dock, water depth is about 6 ft and 1 ft at its foot. Bring the water toys and fishing poles! The shoreline has a rock seawall, so use the dock ladder to enter the lake for swimming. 3 Kayaks are available for a small rental fee. Relax in our adirondacks, reach in a beverage cooler at your side and listen to the sounds of summer at the lake. Slow way down for a lakeside sunset, build a fire in the fire pit. Memories are yours to create with a marshmallow roast and a ghost story or 2. Whether you are here for some lake life, the Hot Air Jubilee, horse riding or hiking at Waterloo State Park, in town for a U of M (or MSU) football game or event at MIS, you are close. Grey Wolf has fast Wi-Fi and everything you need to enjoy your stay. *Lake dock is put out mid-May before Memorial Day weekend and taken up mid-September after labor day. If booking outside of this time frame, contact ahead to check for dock status. **SPECIAL NOTE FOR SUMMER GUESTS: The Wolf Lake Ski Club has been given permission to use the Grey Wolf dock for their weekly practice sessions on Sunday evenings. WLSC practices from approx. 6pm to dark on Sunday and the team parks in the yard.  Take advantage by watching them practice their gravity defying moves! A great retreat with a mix of both, log beamed ceilings and rustic characteristics yet chandeliers in the bedroom and elegant dining area with character throughout the home. Wooded back yard with dining area, fire pit, seating area and hot tub under a pergola. Property is located at Clarklake a public lake and access for swimming/boating can be gained at the public access a few minutes away. This location is wonderful to take walks or biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake. Cabin is great for a romantic getaway, bachelorette party, or just hanging out. There are wineries and breweries within 15 minutes. This cozy townhouse is located in the heart of Grass Lake near Jackson and Ann Arbor, MI. Walk or bike to Missy's Little Grass Shack for the coldest beer in town and a burger or enjoy a sandwich at Jam's Deli. Nearby at the county park there is a public boat launch, playground, pavilion with grills and swimming/fishing in the lake. Guests can take a leisurely walk there or enjoy the provided bicycles (2).Need more space?
