If the duplex is rented out from the 2nd floor you will have neighbors but rest assure we only allow guests to stay here with good track record, (good reviews) I am a super host and have been for a long time now. I will always do my best to ensure my guests enjoy the most out of there stay.Guest accessYou will have access to the driveway coming in from the neighborhood. You have access to the patio on right hand side next to the front door entrance.
