Prime location in the heart of historic downtown Lynchburg steps away from your reserved parking space, community market, visitor center, restaurants, shopping, businesses, and walking and bike trails. This ground-level studio near the corner of 12th and Main is packed with modern amenities; a queen bed, 58" Roku TV, settee, mini fridge, microwave, bathroom, walk-in closet, blackout drapes, and sound deafening interior storm windows. Approx. 10 min from all local colleges.Here's what you can expect in Studio 114:A comfortable queen bed with layers of bedding. Next to the bed, you'll find reading lamps and a sound machine for our light sleepers.Guests can view the 58" Roku TV from a bed, recliner, or settee/couch. A Keurig with K-cups provides morning coffee. A mini-fridge, microwave, and dish set enable guests to make and store food/leftovers which guests can enjoy at the comfortable dining table for two.Near the bed is the private full bathroom which includes a shower, toilet, pedestal sink, and all the amenities a tired traveler might need.A large closet and dresser provide clothes and suitcase storage. A Mini split ductless air unit with a remote keeps the studio cool in the summer and warm in the winter.Please Note:Our property does not provide personal essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.Additionally, only registered guests who have completed the check-in process are permitted on the property.Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Guests can park in our designated parking space #12 and then explore downtown and walk to restaurants.Electric Vehicle Charging Information** EV charging is not available at the property. However, several nearby stations in Lynchburg and Madison Heights offer charging options. To plan ahead, use apps like PlugShare, ChargePoint, or Electrify America to check availability and compatibility. Pets are allowed in our home, but there are some requirements that you should keep in mind before bringing your furry friend along. We allow one well-behaved small dog, up to 20lb, with an additional $70 fee. To maintain cleanliness inside and outside of our home, please be mindful of your pet's activities. Also, please do not let your pet's paws touch the furniture or bedspreads, and do not use bath linens to clean them. Please bring your pet's bed with you. If you plan to leave your dog unattended in the house, please make sure that they are crated. Additionally, let us know beforehand if you will be bringing a dog. Please note that there is a small step inside the apartment. Also, keep in mind that noise may be an issue, especially on weekends, as there is a bar across the street. Cozy suite with private entrance and bathroom. Located in a safe, wooded neighborhood.The spaceWe had a great time designing this addition to our house and are excited to share it with new friends. We love hosting and meeting people from all over the world. The loft is completely private with a private driveway and parking. There is a study/workspace and a large TV with free Netflix. The bed has the amazing Linenspa Gel Infused Memory Foam Mattress Topper - very comfortable. Fresh linens, shampoo, conditioner, towels etc are all provided. The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, utensils, Keurig, and coffee.Guest accessYour suite is private. You also welcome to enjoy the yard.
