The tiny kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, countertop multiuse oven, coffee maker with full pot side and pod side, dorm style refrigerator, countertop ice maker, and 4 slice toaster. Dishes, flatware, glasses and other kitchen utensils are available, also. The attached deck is cool and enjoyable with 4 chairs, a table and grill. The picnic space just a few feet away with picnic tables. (This area will eventually be shared with the twin cabin across the way. Enjoy a relaxing stay in this gorgeous cabin, surrounded by nature. There are bicycle trails and walking trails in the area, an 1800's historic house to tour, and Indian Fort in Old Fort, and Linville Caverns close by. There is a trail below the cabin (stay straight after you pass through the gate). You will pass our future fish pond and if you walk up the road stay to the right and it will take you to the Pavilion area. You can also walk to the Pavilion from the cabin by continuing straight up the hill instead of turning to the cabin. Pavilion is at top. This wooded property does have yellow jackets and other woodland creatures so use caution. Hiking is at your own risk. Bear mace is provided in cabin.*Driveway to cabin is a gravel road. 4WD or all wheel drive recommended. There is 2wd parking spots available with a short walk to the cabin.
