You are welcome to the cozy first floor apartment of two families house with 1 bedroom and an additional room that can be used as a kids bedroom or office. Large living room outfitted with a large 60” flat screen and relaxing electric fireplace, dining table. Small kitchen and single bathroom.The apartment is the traditional New England style that it doesn’t have light switches. There are the floor lamps in living room, bedrooms and a light switch in kitchen. A cot is available for those with three guests. This1890 gem also displays gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout.Guests have full use of the entire first floor unit, and access to the shared backyard with a water view on the Salem bike path.One driveway parking space and free street parking for other vehicles on Lemon St. (only resident street parking in October). The driveway is narrow and will not fit large SUVs or trucks, however street parking is also available.Directions for parking: Driveway is to the right of the home when viewing from Lemon St. Ct. When using GPS, be aware that Lemon Street Court is a short street off of Lemon Street, but these are two different streets.
