Domaine du Clos Fleuri - Spa

My second stay was just as good as the first. Comfortable and clean accommodation and superb breakfast with everything home made. Lots of care and attention from the management team. Easy access to Honfleur - a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk.

We stayed in the small,2 bedroom gite. The small gite is beautiful. Very well equipped with private outside spaces set in stunning gardens Breakfast offer may seem a little expensive, but don't be fooled, it is delicious. There is a small pool and a sauna available as well as spa treatments which can be booked. Beds are very comfortable. The town centre is fairly near with an excellent food offering for all budgets. Sandrine very welcoming and happy to help all the time.

Pleasant hotel but very overpriced for what is on offer. Rooms comfortable but no better than a good version of Premier Inn. For £330 for 2 nights I expect than just a shower in the bathroom. Some of our party had a "deluxe room" with double bed and room for a third person and a snazzier bathroon with a bath (£430 for 2 nights) - the 3rd bed being a fold out/flip out foam rubber affair with no bedding provided even though the hotel knew the bed would be used, Our reason for choosing the hotel in the first place was because it offered an indoor pool with the equipment to offer a strong current to swim against. Also a sauna. Neither of these were operational during our 2 day visit. For those kind of prices one could also reasonably expect a comfortable sitting area/lounge for when the weather was not suitable for the terrace. All that was on offer was a few hard chairs in the breakfast area. There was an additional area (not much more comfortable from the look of it) which was blocked off with a notice that it was not allowed to be used. Pleasant enough, but not up to those prices or value for money. When we mentioned the lack of pool current machine & sauna we were given a 20 euros reduction on a 1,600 euro bill.
