The check-in communication didn't go smoothly, so I couldn't get into the hotel, let alone my room, and had to wait in front of the door for nearly 30 minutes. After that, there was a problem, but there was no one at the front desk, so we communicated via we chat and the problem was resolved properly.

It was my first time to go to Hong Kong and I booked online! The room is not big enough for one person to sleep in, but the safety performance is guaranteed! Also, the hair dryer is at the door, and you need to remember to take it in to blow your hair. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Because it is one of many rooms on the same floor, it feels crowded and a bit stuffy when entering and leaving. But the ventilation equipment is automatically turned on in the room, which feels good. Service: As other reviews have said, you need to contact the hotel official via WeChat a few days in advance, and then just do what they say. It seems a bit complicated, but I can accept and like this contactless service. It is said to check in at 15:00, but in fact you can check in after you pack up around 14:00, but you are required to check out on time at 11:00, which needs to be followed.

I spontaneously found this room online and booked it that night. Good location and the facilities are completely sufficient. Unfortunately it was very loud in the room and the noises from the street could be clearly heard. There was also a very strong smell in the room. The check-in was difficult, I was only able to get into my room hours after the check-in time due to the room being prepared and the door codes not being sent. All around the rooms are in a good location and you have to consider what you value.

The transportation is convenient. This is my second time staying here. Everything is good.
