Dear Trip.com, kindly ban this garbage “Hotel” Dear Starway Capsules, Stop whatever this is. Filthy, Taking bookings for wrong location, No AC Supply sockets to charge phones and laptops

The staff is really nice and location is great. Also the hostel has a cute tortoise ☺️

Very cheap for HK, great location and clean. Be careful, the address on the map is not the real one (it will be given to you by the hotel once you book it)

Very close to the MRT station everything is convenient. The front desk also a good guy so serving me nice!

Near the China Visa Application Service Centre (CVASC). Airport City Flyer bus is is around the corner. Communal areas (the terrace) could be cleaned up. The reception hours should be listed (closed 12-14:00). Capsule bod bed and linens comfortable.

Nice place to stay

I would like to share my concern regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay. I am staying in the all-male dormitory room, where each bed has its own enclosed space with a sliding door. After taking a shower one evening, I returned to my bed and accidentally left the door slightly open. While I was asleep, one of the staff members — a man from North Africa — entered the room, forcefully closed my door, and told me not to sleep naked. I immediately spoke to the hotel manager to clarify if there was any policy regarding this matter, and I was informed that there is no such rule. I specifically chose to stay in an all-male room to feel comfortable and at ease, and I found the staff member’s behavior intrusive and inappropriate. While I understand that cultural differences may influence personal views, such actions are not acceptable in a professional hospitality environment. I kindly suggest reminding all staff to respect guests’ privacy and personal space, regardless of background or personal beliefs. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The stay was not bad, but the place needs a renovation. The wait time for elevators was long. Also, when I arrived there was no one in the reception and I had to wait in a hot, smelly hall for more than 5min before anyone showed up.

Great staff member, appreciated his support and warm welcome. Nothing fancy, only to spend a couple of nights.

Overall it just need a better shower to be an A+. When I'm back in HK I'll stay there

Overall it was a decent stay given the price that I paid for. Location is fantastic and close by to causeway bay MTR. Service by the receptionist is great! Place is generally clean Only 2 big negatives for me personally 1) you can hear constant “rain” sounds. That’s due to the leaking air conditioning from units above 2) the capsules are not well ventilated and you have to open the door to get ventilation. This defeats the purpose of staying in a capsule hotel. However, I am thankful to the receptionist for bringing over a USB Fan to help with the situation.

It was okay. The bed sheets were clean but around the bed it was quite dirty The air in the showers was very bad and only 2 showers for several dorms. The capsule was quite cozy and the location really goos! Very close to Metro station and nice district. Not really common area.

Most of all i liked it. Great location. I used to go to the huge Wellcome store. And it was right over the corner. Spacious kitchen area. But fridge was full with stuff from other guests as there 18 guests max in the very this one dormitory. The was separate bathroom for women and men. And the men's bathroom was much more clean and usable than the girl's one. In the girl's one you can't close the door to shower and the whole bathroom is wet if you decided to wash your hair. So you need to hide your towels and cloths somehow. Plus there was no hot water in the sink, only in shower. And i had to brush my teeth with cold water. I don't like it. And there was no toilet paper. After i asked about, they brought it. So it was ok. Everything is locked - your cube and closet. My door to the cube had broken. But the guy from the reception run fast and fixed it quickly. Service is on top!
