Mondrian Hong Kong

We had an excellent 3 night stay at the Mondrian. We loved the location, finding in easily walkable to many of the site and close to the TST MTR station for things a little further out. The staff were helpful and prompt. From the outside the building almost seemed a little out of place, but inside everything is clean and efficient and welcoming. Our room wasn’t ready at time of check-in, so they upgraded us to a harbour view room, which was incredible!! The views from our room were amazing, as were the views from the terrace on the 40th floor. Our room was comfortable, bathroom pristine, and room quiet and well-insulated. Climate controls for the room were impressive and we were incredibly comfortable the entire stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and 100% would stay here again.

Ideally located if you visit HK with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. 1 min walk from exit N1 (no elevator) of station Tsim Sha Tsui. Excellent service with a special thumb up to the staff at the entrance/ reception. Rooms were as in the picture. Roof garden on the 40th floor with a magnicient view. Worth to have breakfast once just for the view. Only negative point would be the small lobby / "non existant" lobby .

Good staying experience and is convenient for our travel.. Hope to change the pillow quality as is quite soft compared to last stay.

The hotel is located near the MTR around 300 metres and the department store K11. It is very convenient to go anywhere but avoid the peak period. I requested the birthday celebrations and they set up the cake it was very impressive. The room is clean. One thing that could be improved is the front check-in. Might be that I check in during the peak period communications on the payment were lacking. Staff have charged my card for the accommodation and a deposit but when my friend come to pick up the room card they charged again. Therefore, when checking out please ensure that everything is correct.

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR, major landmarks, and surrounded by endless dining options. What truly made my stay memorable was the front desk team. Their service was outstanding; they were proactive and provided assistance even before I had to ask. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a seamless experience in Hong Kong
