WAKE Concept Hotel

We stayed at WAKE Concept Hotel for one night in a Standard Queen Room. We already knew the room would be small, so we didn’t have very high expectations. We only brought backpacks for this trip, which turned out to be a good choice because there is really no space for luggage in this room. If you’re booking the Standard Queen Room, I would recommend bringing a backpack or a small carry-on at most. Unfortunately, cleanliness was one of the biggest issues for us. I could see quite a bit of dust and some hairs that had not been properly cleaned. The room also felt like it was not very well maintained. The bathroom is extremely small, and when you shower, water will almost certainly splash into the toilet bowl area. The toilet flush was also not very strong, so we sometimes had to flush twice. The bed was another downside for me. It was quite hard, and unfortunately, I didn’t have a very good sleep that night. On the positive side, the location is very convenient. The hotel is close to Yau Ma Tei MTR station, and there are plenty of eateries, shops and convenience stores within walking distance. Another big plus is that there is a direct Airport Bus A21 that stops near the hotel, which makes getting to and from the airport very convenient. Since we were only staying for one night and the small room was already within our expectations, we were still okay with the overall experience. However, if I were staying for a few nights or longer, personally, I would not choose this hotel again. Overall, I would say this hotel is more suitable for a very short stay, especially if you are travelling light and mainly looking for a convenient location.

Fantastic location with plenty of bus and mrt stations. There were three rooms on my floor (13) so it’s not too loud. Other reviews complaining about noise makes little sense because you’re on Nathan Road, of course you can hear the road. Housekeeping ladies were really sweet The bathroom was nice, I did face the shower head away towards the side wall to prevent splash on the toilet - it still go a little wet but it’s not the end of the world really. Just lay the bath mat down and give it a little wipe and it’s fine. Water gets to temperature quick.

Suits my needs as a solo traveller for 3 nights stay. Check-in was smooth and greeted by a friendly lady at the counter. Room is clean, the aircon works well. Water filter is very helpful. Free coffee everyday is appreciated. While the bathroom is small, it gets the job done and was provided with shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner. 50m from A21 bus stop. 2 mins walk to Yau Ma Tei MTR exit C. Multiple buses to many directions. Overall, had a great experience and will stay here again .

I had a wonderful stay at WAKE Concept Hotel during my recent trip to Hong Kong. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR Station, making it very convenient to explore the city, visit attractions, and find local restaurants nearby. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size is compact, which is common in Hong Kong, the layout is efficient and provides everything needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were good. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. For travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and good-value hotel in a central location, WAKE Concept Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Location is good, Yau Ma Tei MTR station exit C and 2 mins walk will reach. There are many restaurants nearby, can try Red Tea, Rong Ji Roast Goose, Dian Xin Dao, etc. There are water dispenser in the room. They serve coffee from morning 7am to noon. Will definitely stay here again if I’m back at HK!
