Beautiful environment, excellent service, clean and tidy, and very convenient for getting around. It's centrally located, making it easy to reach any destination, and the subway access is a big plus. I highly recommend it!

The front desk staff was very helpful and even upgraded me to a king-size room. The room was clean and tidy, and it had a mini-fridge for cold drinks. It's super convenient, only a 5-minute walk from Prince Edward Station Exit C2.

I found bed bugs in my room. When I left Hong Kong, I initially thought the bites were from mosquitoes, but after returning home, I researched online and realized they were bed bug bites. Hong Kong was the last place I visited, and I stayed at this hotel throughout my entire trip there. It was only after I left Hong Kong that I started feeling itchy, especially on my arms and legs. Interestingly, I didn't have any bites on my torso. I honestly never expected a hotel to have something like this, but if they are indeed bed bugs, they must be coming from the beds at this hotel. I'd advise anyone planning to stay here to thoroughly check the beds beforehand.

The hotel is just across the street from Prince Edward Station, Exit C2 (can't quite remember). If you return late, there are 24-hour restaurants nearby, so no worries about going hungry. The shower space is large with stable water pressure and comfortable temperature. The cleanliness is acceptable to me. Overall, I'm satisfied and would consider staying here again. Just wondering if the picture in the bathroom could be changed? It's a bit creepy.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! 🏨 The food, entertainment, and subway 🚇 are all incredibly convenient. There's so much to eat and explore, and it's super well-connected. The hotel itself is also very clean and comfortable. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Convenient location, but the facilities are outdated. The toilet was broken – you had to press the flush multiple times for it to refill, otherwise, it would just keep making noise and never refill. Cleanliness was subpar, especially the dirty corners. There's also no restaurant. It's not good value for money and certainly doesn't feel like a newly opened hotel in 2024.

We checked in directly after coming back from Disneyland. It's super convenient to get to – right outside the subway exit. For the price, the value for money at this location is excellent and exceeded my expectations. I was surprised by how spacious both the room and the bathroom were. The location is also very convenient. When I asked the front desk staff for directions, they actually walked out of the hotel with me to show me the way and explain how to get there. This kind of genuine enthusiasm is truly commendable. Highly recommended!

The staff were super friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making transportation really convenient. There's also a great local cafe (bing sutt) just across the street.
