The hygiene was absolutely terrible, there were no facilities whatsoever, and zero security. Definitely avoid this place! I regretted booking here and they wouldn't let me cancel. Just look at picture 1. On top of that, we were discriminated against by the people here. You wouldn't find a hotel like this anywhere on mainland China. It seems like all the hotels in this building, no matter their name, are run by the same people, and you have to go to the 13th floor (picture 4) to check in. It was incredibly dirty; we slept in our coats and didn't use their bedding. The whole room reeked of disinfectant, the walls were peeling, and the wardrobe and door were broken. The entire building was full of suspicious-looking Indian and Filipino people. I asked the front desk about safety, and the staff member arrogantly replied, 'Hong Kong is an international city, it's normal to have many foreigners here.' My fellow compatriots from mainland China, if you're traveling to Hong Kong, either spend an extra thousand yuan for a decent hotel, or return to Shenzhen to stay for the night and come back to Hong Kong through the border crossing the next morning. Absolutely do not stay here, and do not stay in the nearby Chungking Mansions, including all the guesthouses within it. Stay far, far away! Avoid!
