We book Toronto motel look clean but they move us another guest house name Ajit Guest house which very bad condition old and smell we are not interested to book again bad experience

I had booked a single room but they told me that it was all booked and they’re gonna give me a better room which was in another hostel, the room was so old and the pillows had stains

Very difficult to check in front desk don't have staff I try to call the number the provided on website but they only give me another number to call but nobody answer. It takes me almost 3 hrs before I can check in. The room is not the real one on the website too small u cannot even move around once u got inside the room bedsheets Are very old.

It's really common. The room opened by Indians has a musty smell and cockroaches. I can't live here anymore and leave. It's a waste of 500 yuan. It's expensive during the Spring Festival.
