Had a great experience! The owner was very accommodating and let me check in early. The cleaning staff was also very responsible, and the room was spotless.

Clean, comfy beds and pillows. C block tends to be quieter, so queues for lift are not bad.

Well, Hong Kong is a really expensive place so for a room in a really central location price is really affordable. Yes, room is small as on photos, but very clean. They do cleaning daily and change towels etc. Location is really close to all popular spots and buzzing streets, but the building itself is a market so downstairs can see lots of creepy immigrants. Owner is really nice, they provide free hot water and even a hair dryer. So if you need something really cheap but better than a hostel this is a good option

The place is in a very convenient location but it can be a bit crowded because of that. The room itself was cozy but it had very little space. The wifi was okay. The shower worked fine. The best part was the staff. Everyone I talked to were very kind and professional. Alice contacted before arrival to help me with check in instructions and publicity transport recommendations from the airport. She even helped me receive an online order at the hotel! Daily cleaning with new towels was a nice detail too. I loved the value for this place.

The room was decent, I forgot to take pictures. The service was excellent, but the soundproofing wasn't great, and the room was too small. The hallway and elevator smelled terrible.

Tiny room but it's kinda cheap for HK and it's been largely enough for us. It's good located and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Great clean room. Was quite comfortable to stay in the city center and also the shuttle bus for Asia expo just 2 blocks away. It was a pleasant stay.

Great place! The room was cleaned daily, and for Hong Kong, the value for money was excellent. The building itself is very distinctive, with a lively atmosphere on the ground floor that's interesting to be a part of. Andy did a fantastic job with check-in, providing all the necessary information, and they even let me pay the deposit in my own currency, which was later fully refunded. The location is also superb, close to both the MTR and bus stops, as well as the promenade with the ferry.

Location is very convenient, room was clean and the service was great. The only issue was the noisy neighbour that I had and could hear clearly.

Excellent location. Not far from the metro and then you can reach anywhere in the city. The accommodations in Chungking Mansions have a reputation for being cramped and dirty, but this place is an exception. While the rooms are small, they really make the effort to keep the property as clean and modern as possible. The daily room cleaning was a pleasant and unexpected surprise.

My first time to stay at the world famous Chunking Mansions! I forgot that it was a long holiday in China when prices usually skyrocket but the prices here were still relatively reasonable. The room was super small but has a compact shower + toilet. Very clean, Wi-Fi worked fine and the staff was very friendly.
