This hotel offers excellent value for money given its location! The bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The gentleman who checked me in at the door was very kind and humorous; he gave me recommendations for nearby attractions and even upgraded my room for free. The hotel is great! The owner, Uncle Alan, is very enthusiastic. On my first night, my room was a bit noisy, so he immediately helped me switch to a quiet room the next day. The hotel's front desk and staff were friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable, spacious, bright, and clean, with beautiful decor. The shower had plenty of hot water and strong pressure. The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and shopping centers. The MTR and bus stops are also just a few minutes' walk away, making it an ideal base for exploring Hong Kong. This hotel is the best choice and offers great value for money. Stayed in a quad room and it was surprisingly comfortable! There's also a huge terrace, perfect for hanging out and unwinding. Plus, having a private bathroom and shower is super convenient! The front desk staff were really chatty and friendly. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. It's also easy to get around with the MTR and minibuses from Causeway Bay.

This hostel is in a prime location in the bustling Causeway Bay, offering a perfect base for me, someone from mainland China's north, to explore Hong Kong in depth. 🙋 Uncle Alan is witty and humorous, effortlessly switching between Cantonese and Mandarin, and he enthusiastically provided local guides for exploring Hong Kong. 😁 As you can see from my attached photos, both the beds and bathrooms are very clean. 😀 Each bunk also comes with a British standard plug adapter, useful for mainland/Taiwanese appliances. 😀 What surprised me was that there's even a street-facing balcony where you can grab a drink or a bite to eat! 😯

At first, I thought it was a bit shady due to mindset of small living spaces in Hong Kong. It got me thinking if I should spend much amount for top class hotels which is EXPENSIVE (Not picky, just honest). After arriving the at scene, I was confused considering there's a few hotels in a building (Phoenix Apartment). After greeted by the front desk uncle, I felt much relieved and it made me feel like, "oh, it's not so bad after all." He showed us our room, and even offered to us help if needed. I would rate this hotel 8.5/10 for its service, calm area, and location. I would definitely recommend, trust me I made the right choice. My wife & I were so glad we didn't booked at Tsim Sha Sui due to too crowded especially us travellers need a quiet calm, still surrounded by people around (not shady), and even have convenience store at the end of the day.
