At first, I thought it was a bit shady due to mindset of small living spaces in Hong Kong. It got me thinking if I should spend much amount for top class hotels which is EXPENSIVE (Not picky, just honest).
After arriving the at scene, I was confused considering there's a few hotels in a building (Phoenix Apartment). After greeted by the front desk uncle, I felt much relieved and it made me feel like, "oh, it's not so bad after all."
He showed us our room, and even offered to us help if needed. I would rate this hotel 8.5/10 for its service, calm area, and location. I would definitely recommend, trust me I made the right choice. My wife & I were so glad we didn't booked at Tsim Sha Sui due to too crowded especially us travellers need a quiet calm, still surrounded by people around (not shady), and even have convenience store at the end of the day.
