This hotel is incredibly rigid. They refuse to process refunds or date changes once a booking is made, even if you try to coordinate with them well in advance. It's really difficult to communicate with them.

Convenient. Ride Philippine housekeeping staff. Overheard they said foul languages to guests. Reception more friendly.

I have absolutley no idea how this place has good reviews. They must be from bots. Terrible place the only redeeming factor was location.

The reality doesn't match the photos at all. The room was tiny, and the hot water never came on for the shower, so I ended up taking a cold one.

Had a terrible experience. Booked for four nights but only stayed the first night. They refused to issue a refund for the remaining nights, and the platform's intervention wasn't strong enough. I called multiple times, and even when they specified a call-back time, they often didn't follow through.

Difficult to find the hotel, complicate checking in, lack of sufficient personnel.

There was ants in the room, it is not a hotel is a apartment and they makes rooms to work as hotel

No slippers or towels were provided. The duvet wasn't fresh and I found hair on it. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

Dripping water from the celling in middle of the night. The works doesn’t speak English or Chinese. They will give you attitude.

The lobby is on the 9th floor, but that's fair enough for the price.

Honestly it was the worst stay I ever had, I didn’t expect the room would be so small and dirty. I cannot even open my cabin-sized luggage. The toilet is a sharing toilet and very very dirty as well. The room door is hard to open and closed, it’s already broken. The air conditioner needs to be repaired as well, I was sleeping while sweating. Imagine sleeping in a very small humid room with broken air conditioner…. Oh never again. The only good point is its location. It’s very strategic in causeway bay area.

Not worth the money I paid at all. After my booking was confirmed the hotel manager told me they don't have the room I booked available and moved us to a different location that is not the same standard as what I specifically booked for. The bathroom was really not up to standard, broken shower head, geyser not in a good condition, cracked tiles and a "wet room". The beds were comfortable and linen clean and fresh, but there was rubbish from previous guests under the beds. Not satisfied at all.

The bed is dirty with hairs on and also stain on the bed sheet. Tho the location is perfect, the facilities quite poor. Hot water is not consistent also.
