Don’t get excited by the marketing photos of beautiful ocean views. This place is hardly a hotel. More of an old residential building. Can get much better rooms for less in the area. 不要被海景图骗了，这不是真正的酒店，只是老公寓，附近有更佳又更便宜的选择。I didn’t even want to spend the night there, and the experience was so bad that I checked into another hotel on the very same day. 这个老公寓实在太差了，服务差的我当天就入住另一家酒店。 Clealiness: apart from being an old building, the room, the hallway and the lobby were all not clean at all. As shown in picture, you can even spot trash on the floor in the tiny lobby area. The room is moldy also. You’ll find similar comments on Google Maps by other reviewers. 这房子除了老旧，无论大堂，走廊和房间都脏乱糟。在狭窄的大堂地下也可随处看见垃圾。房间也发霉，大家在谷歌上会看见其他住客也有类似评论。 Location: it’s situated in the middle of wet markets selling raw meats. The street and the hotel lonby are both smelly. It’s an unpleasant neighborhood. 地点就在街市中，旁边有肉档，大堂和大街都有难闻味道，附近环境并不理想。 Mattress: the king size mattress is actually just two twin beds combined. It would be uncomfortable to sleep in the middle of the bed. 大床床垫其实是两张小床垫拼起来的，无法睡在床的中央。 Service: the worst. If you arrive any time before 3pm, be it at 2:55pm, you’d be better off walking in the wet market because they don’t have any seat in the lobby (it’s an old building, not an actual hotel). They won’t give you a room even if there’s one available, and they make it clear and the front desk staff will as surely proud of the policy. 因为这不是真正的酒店，前台可以说是没有训练过的，服务极差。如果你2:55pm到酒店，也建议直接在门口的街市逛逛，不要打算办理入住了，即便有房职员也不会给的，而且前台职员会为这类政策感到自豪。这所谓的大堂没有椅子的，早到了对方会让你立马离开大堂。 Recommendation: stay away. Consider that I moved to another hotel on the very first day. That’s just how bad the overall experience was. 不要订这个房了。附近有真的的四五星级酒店，价格也不会比这家贵超过一百港币，体验和环境都好很多。大家慎重考虑｡我才第一天就换另一家酒店，是要有多差？我是金卡会员，一辈子没有为其他酒店写过差评。

Room was extremely small and smelled of smoke. We had to buy air fresheners to be able to stay the trip. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning, while okay on the surface it was grimy and had mold on the walls and between tiles. Did not clean the room or offer fresh towels even though we were there for 3 nights; only provided amenities for one person even though advertised for two. The Location however is perfect for walking or taking the mtr. There were also many convenience stores.

Great location on a street with tons of good food options. Rooms are large by HK standards. Generally very clean and quiet. Check in staff are quick and efficient.

First of all, the gentleman who checked me in was very nice, polite, and good manners. A lady reception staff was not polite, quite rude to guests I would say. But I understand chinese tourists can be very loud and noisy. But what I mean if you don't like tourists, don't work as a hotel reception then. Go find another job that does not have to deal with noisy chinese tourists. The wifi connection was not very good. 手机连WIFI，有时候连的上，有时候连不上。信号不是太好。 The location is very good - 20 minutes walking from Causeway bay and 10 minutes walking from Victoria Park which is nice. And 10 minutes walk from Tin Hau Station. 之前入住Dorsett, 酒店的水都是随便拿的，他们放在走廊里几箱水，住客随便拿的。水又不能当饭吃，住客也不可能拿很多。然后这个酒店就比较小气，比较抠门，我问前台要水，前台不给。然后我就自己去便利店买了几瓶。

I was confused about my flight time from HK and made a mistake and reserved a room for 3 nights. Few days later the hotel was contacted by trip.com for cancelation of the third night and the hotel refused to cancel despite repeated requests from me and trip.com. They made me pay for three nights although I stayed for only two nights. The management is clearly greedy and lack understanding/empathy. The front desk staff are ok for HK (it is a city of unhappy people so do not expect much). The room was quiet and comfortable. The service and cleanliness are ok. Location is about ten minutes walk to the Tin Hau MTR. You may consider but make sure you do not make any mistakes in reservation. If you make a mistake, the greedy management of this hotel is guaranteed to take advantage of you.

Very gppd location and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but this is Hong Kong standard. Lots of restaurants around and MTR is nearby.

The hotel is in a good location. Many restaurants nearby. We can also use the 24/7 fitness gym nearby as well.

The location is convenient, walking distance to MTR station.
