Business trip to Hong Kong. **Hygiene:** Pretty clean, but the disinfectant had a strong odor. **Environment:** The main highlight is the surrounding location and the secure door lock system. **Service:** The front desk staff were great – adaptable and polite when handling the deposit. **Facilities:** The website description is misleading. I'm 5'11" and my feet hit the end of the bed all night, causing me to wake up multiple times and get a poor night's sleep. (The website stated the room was 14 square meters, but including the bathroom, it was at most 5 square meters). I hope the hotel corrects this.

They gave me a room on purpose with a Chinese guy, while they knew that he is really noisy and a dirty roommate. The room wasn’t that clean neither. Overall a shitty hostel, don’t recommend it at all

It's just an appointment divided into small partitions, i thought it would be a normal room for two adults but it's just 2 beds 70 cm with no space to do anything and the bathroom is very small, you literally shower sitting on the toilet seat 😄 also they added extra little fees that wasn't mentioned.

Location is good. Very near to the harbour. Downstairs got money changers and many shops.

There was a hidden fee applied on the spot as they claimed cleaning fee is not included in the booking. I was asked to pay 130 HKD for 4 nights cleaning fee. However the room is not that clean as it is inside the old building. I won’t recommend this stay if you preferred a comfort and clean environment. Can’t deny that the location is very strategic.

Very disappointing stay – would not recommend. 1. Hidden fees: They charged an extra €5 (despite "all-inclusive" pricing) and admitted it was a trick to get more bookings. 2. Lots of inconsistencies with what you see online: The check out is 11:30 even though it says 12:00. 3. Dishonest pricing:When we tried to book a second night, they suddenly raised the price after seeing the online rate. 3. Broken "AC": The unit was just a noisy fan—no cooling at all. We had to unplug it and suffer in the summer heat. 4. Poor room conditions: Tiny, cramped space with dirty bedsheets. 5. No customer support: We had a package delivered, but the hostel refused to help receive it—we had to wait all day ourselves. Unprofessional and uncomfortable – stay elsewhere.
