An unexpectedly great stay! Before checking in, I thought the price was a bit high, but after staying, I felt it was excellent value for money (especially in Hong Kong, where space is at a premium). The room was clean and uniquely designed, and I particularly loved how beautiful and practical the bathroom was! What exceeded my expectations was being able to enjoy the stunning Victoria Harbour night view right from the bed in my room. So, we decided to watch the Victoria Harbour fireworks show from our room, experiencing it from a completely different perspective! (Last year, we waited two hours by the sea, enduring the wind, for the fireworks show.) This year, being able to lie or sit in the hotel room and enjoy it was just fantastic! The hotel service was also excellent, and the breakfast was superb. The complimentary mini-bar drinks were more than enough to keep us refreshed for two days exploring Hong Kong!

Fantastic hotel with excellent, warm, and attentive service. The hotel's environment is quite good, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are well-equipped, and the breakfast is pretty tasty. I especially recommend the hotel's Chinese restaurant; the food is truly amazing and offers great value for money. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance!

The hotel room is spacious, the service is friendly, and the hygiene is excellent – very clean and tidy. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious. It's close to the metro station, making it very convenient for getting around. The free minibar includes a fantastic orange juice!

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a short walk to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars. We came to Hong Kong for our baby's birthday, and after pre-booking over the phone, they even upgraded us to a suite for free upon arrival. We had a great view of the Victoria Harbour fireworks directly from the hotel, which was a wonderful experience! Plus, the hotel's thoughtful birthday decorations for our baby were a lovely touch. It was a really great trip overall.

Service: The lady who checked me in was lovely and kind. She noticed it was my birthday and had already prepared the room. She also enthusiastically told me about the hotel's Chinese New Year activities, like the lion dance on the first day of the New Year. When I opened the room door and saw the small cake the hotel had prepared, I immediately felt right at home. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent and convenient. It's very easy to get to Hung Hom MTR station or the Avenue of Stars by Victoria Harbour, just about a 10-minute walk. Hygiene: The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping cleaned it daily. They even thoughtfully organized my chargers and data cables. Staff would greet me warmly when I saw them in the hallway. Facilities: The mini-bar was free, and it was restocked promptly every day during my three-day stay, which deserves high praise. The hotel views are captivating, with half sea view and half city view, making it truly unforgettable.

The location is excellent! After crossing the border at Futian Port MTR, it's just a short walk to the hotel, and you can also walk to Victoria Harbour from there. The service was great. I booked a city view room, but the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to a partial sea view room for free. I could enjoy the night view of Victoria Harbour right from my room. We booked a private room at Tin Lung Heen on the 28th floor for our New Year's Eve dinner. The view from the room was superb, definitely living up to its Michelin-starred reputation. Although there was a 10% service charge, the service was indeed exceptional, even if the food delivery was a bit slow. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and suitable for families, catering to all ages.
