Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped. The hotel has a dedicated escalator that connects directly to Victoria Harbour via a skybridge, which is incredibly convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean, and both the bathroom and room are spacious. Environment: The New Year's atmosphere is very festive and lively.

I booked this hotel because I was going to Jacky Cheung's concert, and its location, right at Exit P1 of the Tsim Sha Tsui East MTR station, was just one stop away from the Hong Kong Coliseum. The facilities are a bit old, but they're still well-maintained, meeting the standards of an older five-star hotel. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is on the second floor, and you can reach Victoria Harbour by crossing the skybridge. It's also very close to the Avenue of Stars. It takes about half an hour to get there by taxi from the airport. Alternatively, you can take the A21 bus, get off at Middle Road, and it's about a 10-minute walk. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for exploring Tsim Sha Tsui.

The hotel is a bit old, but the location is decent, making it convenient for both subway and taxis. However, the service staff's attitude was really subpar, especially the cleaning lady. We checked in with a child, and within minutes, we realized there were no kids' toothbrushes or slippers in the room. When she brought them, she passive-aggressively told us to keep quiet, implying that many guests on this floor were mourning or needed rest... I was completely baffled, like, what? Why would they put us in such a room then? The main thing is, we weren't even loud at all. Plus, the amenity kit didn't include toothpaste for kids, and the room phone was broken. Honestly, it was just terrible 👎. Even the luggage storage staff had a really bad attitude.

Stayed here multiple times, the location is excellent. The Christmas Eve atmosphere was lovely. The dessert soup in the lobby was popular, and the food at Shang Palace was exceptionally delicious. The cleanliness was better than before, and the service has also improved significantly. Thumbs up! 👍

I booked this place mainly for its location, and that's the only good thing about it. Everything else about the experience was terrible. The service is lacking; for the number of guests, they should have more staff. The overall experience was really bad. The breakfast in the attic was also dark and messy.
