Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was exceptional! The highlight was the warm welcome from Ms. Bobo YIP at Reception and another wonderful lady staff member on the 9th floor. Their proactive engagement with my child made our experience even more special. Thank you for going above and beyond! Highly recommended!

Stayed for one night at the end of our trip just to do something a little extra special. Was not let down in any aspect except for our bath plug didn’t work 100% so it was making a constant draining noise and took away the ability to relax. Ozone was exceptional and the best experience in the hotel, which was made extra special by the staff (especially the guest experience manager Adam) and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It was the one area of the whole hotel that I felt you could really let your hair down and just be you!!
