The Langham, Hong Kong Reviews

Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Valid parking is convenient though a bit expensive. I have no hesitant to recommend to visitors particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area.

Nice hotel with clean facilities and room. Location is conveniently located near exit of TST station and service is friendly overall. Really like the Gym and breakfast. Pleasant stay

The design of Langham Hotel Hong Kong gives a sense of pride, beauty and simple elegance luxurious. The hotel is located in a location where it is easy to find food and there are many shopping areas. Breakfast has a wide variety of delicious food to choose from. If I come to Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay here again.

Perfect location in the Tsim Sha Tsui. First class service and facility. A great stay overall. Really nice bar in the lobby too!

A well maintained hotel for a short breakaway. Will revisit in future.

We were greeted by very friendly staff when we arrived last Thursday April 17. Since my husband was temporarily disabled, they were very nice and accommodating. Special mention to GOLD who was so nice.  Room make up was also very well done.  Kudos to the hotel.

Located strategicly in the middle of Tsimshashui area. Shopping area in Hong kong. Although the hotel has been very old but they maintain it well. The room is nice, but a little bit small, typically hongkong room.

Location was nice! Hotel exterior was nice. However, there was things that I didn't care for. Our toilet stopped working and our room wasn't ready til 4pm. Which wouldn't be an issue if we weren't exhausted from traveling. Staff was cool!

The Langham Let’s talk location. This is the best location to be in. Lots of shops (mainly high end), MTR just 5 min walk underground, malls, ferry to go across to Hong Kong Island and eating places galore. Hotel entrance and reception was excellent. Truly showed the signs of a 5 star hotel. Staff were very helpful and because we had the executive room, we got escorted to 11th floor for a more personal checkin experience where tea and coffee was offered and a staff member was dedicated to assist us. Room was as expected. Modern, nice size, well equipped, and high quality amenities. There was a little road noise heard but nothing that would disturb even a light sleeper. The executive lounge was super friendly and always had some tea or coffee to offer and if you visited during specific times, then you get finger food as well as some sweats to give that extra energy. Breakfast was good but would not say the best on offer, I guess we are spoilt by the UAE Hotels. Even though the breakfast was buffet style, the choices were same everyday, that’s on the continental side, or you could go across the hallway to the Asian side and get some change. There was a good omelette station and the chef was great. Let him know and he would cook the eggs to perfection. All in all, stay was great and I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Overall okay experience. Just that the hotel customer service is not very service oriented. Asked for late check out they will just turn you down straight giving crab excuses said the room are fully occupied! Totally inflexible!!

This is a perfect hotel for a few days trip to Hongkong . Clean rooms , location is perfect next to harbor city mall . Plenty of options for food . Service is awesome .

The hotel is very well maintained with class and elegance. Location is great. Service is good. Checkin process is slow. Maybe not enough front desk persons? My room faced the Highway side. It was a little noisy. There is a Michelle 3 star restaurant Tang Ge inside the hotel which is great. Overall is good experience.
