The hotel is located right above Pacific Place, with direct internal elevator access to the mall. The deluxe sea view room offers great scenery, and the hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options. There are also many restaurants available, and the service is excellent. The rooms are spacious and clean, making for a very pleasant experience.👍

The room was spacious and comfortable, I slept very well. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices. It's very close to Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital and the University of Hong Kong, making transportation very convenient.

High-floor rooms offer great city views. Welcome fruits are typically provided upon check-in. 3. **Outstanding Breakfast** With a wide variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, the breakfast is often highlighted as a favorite among guests. 4. **Comprehensive Facilities** Features include a heated indoor swimming pool, a gym, a large parking lot, a grand ballroom, and multiple meeting rooms, making it suitable for business travelers, weddings, and family trips. 5. **Overall Attentive Service** The front desk and housekeeping staff are responsive. For guests with children, they proactively offer child-friendly amenities. Complimentary self-service laundry and a spa are also available.

The hotel's location is superb, right opposite Hong Kong Park and the British Council, with Pacific Place and a MTR station nearby. I highly recommend the hotel's pool, the Lobster Bar, and the Chinese restaurant next to the pool.

First of all, a big thank you to the lovely lady from Heilongjiang who checked us in – I'm so sorry, I don't know her name! She was incredibly welcoming and upgraded us to a sea-view room, which made our 4-day stay in Hong Kong very comfortable. We received welcome fruits, and the room was cleaned daily and kept spotless. Mineral water and tea were always well-stocked. The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Pacific Place and directly connected to Admiralty MTR Exit F, making it convenient to get anywhere.

This is an old-school luxury hotel in Hong Kong, exuding a genuine 'old money' vibe – understated yet sophisticated, with a warm, elegant Eastern aesthetic everywhere you look. The hotel is conveniently located in Admiralty, with direct access to Pacific Place, making subway travel, shopping, and going out incredibly easy. You don't even have to worry about getting wet on rainy days. The massive silk landscape mural in the lobby creates a fantastic atmosphere, and the signature fragrance truly completes the immersive experience.

The hotel is less than 200 meters from the High Court, which immediately brought back childhood TVB memories. It's truly a different experience to see it in person. The room offered a partial sea view, and the service was very attentive. They even gave us a Shangri-La bear, which I loved!

I stayed in the Premier Seaview Room. It was newly renovated and came with a smart toilet. Although it didn't feel like the stated 45 square meters, the layout was cleverly designed. The toilet and shower room were completely separate and independent. Even though the toilet wasn't large, it featured a cleverly designed mini-washbasin, and both washbasins were equipped with wall-mounted hand soap dispensers, which was a thoughtful touch. The shower room had glass on two sides, and the Dyson hairdryer was conveniently placed on a small shelf. Despite the heavy rain in Hong Kong these past few days, the sea view was still quite nice. The large sofa by the window was very comfortable, and the wardrobe near the entrance, though seemingly small, had storage compartments, making it very practical. Compared to other luxury hotels in Hong Kong, this one offers good value for money.

Excellent location with a charming, old-money aesthetic. The service was great, and the kids absolutely loved the pool.
