My first time staying at Park Lane, definitely will be back again. Friendly customers service and super convenient access to shopping mall, restaurants and MTR station. Me and my husband definitely had a great time staying here celebrating our anniversary . Thank you!

Park Lane Hotel is an ideal location for me. Easy access to all amenities and even have supermarkets right at the door step especially during typhoon season that was god send i can honestly say. Specially shout out to couple of the “Doorman” Sony and Awatar they have been doing fantastic job and make you welcomed and wanting to come back to stay in this hotel again. Minor suggestion is that there are only handful of benches …. very uncomfortable even though every hotel is different but still believe they are need to put more attention to the guests experience. MORE SEATING PLEASE !!!!

Location is good and plenty of malls and shops around. You don’t need to go far for the train station.

I've stayed at this hotel numerous times, but always just for an overnight stop. This visit, my room included complimentary dining vouchers, so I decided to enjoy an afternoon tea at the lobby lounge. I was truly impressed; the mini cakes were absolutely delicious!

Traveling as a family, we chose to stay in Causeway Bay. The location is incredibly convenient – just 100 meters from the MTR exit, making shopping and getting around a breeze. Victoria Park is also right across the street, which is lovely for a stroll whenever you feel like it. We've stayed here multiple times, and it's definitely our top choice when visiting Hong Kong.

I stay here regularly when on work trip. This time came with friend. Great location in Causeway Bay. Higher floor (10+) have good views either of the park or city/harbour. amazing rooftop bar. friendly staff all around the place

Convenient location and near mtr station, there’s also lots of food options and a 24 hour supermarket near the hotel.

Requested for connecting room but was granted side by side rooms.  Travelling with senior parents. Booking was with victoria park view but no view in actual. Thank you.

Park Lane Hotel is located about 100m from Causeway Bay station. IKEA and Decathlon are located within the same building. H&M and SOGO are located nearby. Other shops are located near the hotel. The room cleaning staff is very friendly, helpful and cleans the room every day. Room comes with usual amenities as well as a coffee machine with coffee capsules. The toilet is very spacious and comes with a rain shower. Also, other hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.

Horrible check in service because they are super slow at processing it. They need to train their staff better or the manager next to her needs to jump in. Check in should not take 27 minutes. The location of the hotel is excellent and there is a M&S supermarket within a 2-minute walk. The rooms are super old and the bed sheets are not great.

Great stay here would recommend the hotel is newly renovated and clean the rooms are spacious too

This hotel we stay at a few times and since then it has been updated and Reno , always good service , clean and modern , and a good breakfast There roof bar also is very good

Renewed some of the rooms a lot since the last time I was here (which was years ago). However, the buffet or breakfast at the Hotel’s cafe was very mediocre for this price. The room was clean and new indeed, but the hotel itself lacks any facilities or attractions nearby, which nothing could really justify the price I am paying. It’s alright fr.

Overall, stay was okay. The bed was a little too soft for my liking.
