The room was much bigger than those on Hong Kong Island, and the decor was more modern. This time, I stayed on the eighth floor with a garden view, and the morning sun streaming in was really pleasant. The bathroom was also spacious. Upon arrival, the doorman proactively opened the car door and helped with luggage, so the service attitude was decent. However, when checking out, I stood by the entrance for over ten minutes and no one helped me hail a taxi. Two taxis that dropped off passengers didn't let me get in, and the drivers didn't explain why, which was awkward and uncomfortable. I clearly saw the doorman helping previous guests with taxis. The Western restaurant offers an expansive view overlooking Lion Rock, and the breakfast set menu was quite rich. The teriyaki chicken chop tasted excellent.

Good hotel in Hong Kong. The size is very big. The facilities are complete. But the pool was renovated during my stays. Tho hitel is connected to the mall, easy to find some foods.

I stay at this hotel every year, and the consistent reason is the amazing staff. This time, Duty Manager Chris was incredibly helpful, bellboy Louis Jeff was super welcoming, and Eila at the lift lobby always greeted me so warmly. They make me feel like home. Thank you and see you again next year!

For its price point in Hong Kong, the room size is quite generous, and housekeeping was very responsive. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, and right inside the mall is Mido Cafe. The mall also connects to the MTR, though you'll need to take a detour to get back to the hotel once the mall closes at night. I'd recommend taking a taxi if you're staying here. If you're considering staying in the Mong Kok area, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely suggest it to friends.

They have shopping upstairs and dinning if u lazy to walk around and u can take bus 1A to temple street to shopping around for night life

We forgot to put cleaning one day n staff put a notice that we put “do not disturb “ so sweet of staff.. we like the experience that it link to market n easy assess to mtr .. we enjoyed our stay

This hotel is conveniently located right above Mong Kok East MTR station, on top of Grand Plaza, which makes it super accessible. That's why I always choose to stay here whenever I visit Hong Kong. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall, restaurants, and entertainment venues, offering everything you need in one place. Just a short walk from the mall and you're in the vibrant heart of Mong Kok. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the rooms are quite spacious by Hong Kong standards. I'll definitely be staying here again.

They upgraded our room, which was really nice. The hotel is conveniently located right above a shopping mall. It was raining when we were there, so we didn't get to check out the swimming pool – guess that leaves something to look forward to next time, haha!

Booked a family room, which was very spacious for three people. There's a direct drinking water tap, but you'll need to bring your own adapter. The hotel is right above a shopping mall and Mong Kok East MTR station, with many small shops nearby, making it convenient to grab a late-night bite. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was great. The front desk and concierge staff were very enthusiastic and helpful, especially the concierge who assisted with calling taxis and handling luggage.

The location is fantastic! You can get there directly from Futian Port by subway. Check-in, check-out, and luggage storage were all very accommodating. For a place like Hong Kong where space is at a premium, the hotel facilities are quite decent. It's super convenient for dining and getting around; you can walk to many attractions, and public transport (buses and MTR) is also easily accessible.

Traveling with family, we booked two family rooms with 1.5-meter beds. The rooms were incredibly spacious, which is a real luxury in Hong Kong – definitely recommend! The location is super convenient, right downstairs are the Grand Plaza and Mong Kok East MTR station, making it easy for both shopping and getting around. There's also Man Wah and McDonald's downstairs, both really tasty 😋

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient; you just turn right out of Mong Kok East MTR station and walk straight to see the hotel sign. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are very well-maintained. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the room size was a pleasant surprise. The service was also excellent; the twin room had plenty of towels, and all the toiletries and slippers were provided. Housekeeping was polite and kept the room very clean. Plus, luggage storage was convenient. Overall, Royal Plaza Hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Hong Kong.
