Excellent hotel. Service was great from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Pristine clean. They cleaned and changed towels every day. The room had a dehumidifier so the temp. and environment was perfect. Super safe area, very residential around, and the MTR station is like 20 steps away and through a mall, so just perfect to get anywhere. I know that for HK standards it might be far from central, but I think it’s still quite convenient!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to PopCorn mall, and it connects to Tseung Kwan O Central and Tseung Kwan O Plaza on the second floor, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Tseung Kwan O MTR Station Exit C leads directly to the hotel. They also offer scheduled shuttle services, which saved a lot on taxi fares. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong. It's also not far from the main venue in Kai Tak.

This is the most luxurious hotel I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The views are beautiful, the facilities are new, and the room is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. They provide everything from disposable slippers, cotton swabs, and cotton pads to a hairdryer, iron, coffee, and English tea bathrobes. There are also local diners (cha chaan tengs) nearby. Laundry service at the hotel is quite expensive, so nearby laundromats offer better value. Our only minor complaint was that the twin beds were a bit small for two adults and two children, but otherwise, we were very satisfied!

New and spacious. Comfortable big bed with lovely sofa. Wide window with city view. Attentive staff. Provide one time minibar and cookies. Free transport to west Kowloon MTR. Attractive price. Nice pool but unfortunately not opened yet. Shopping mall and various restaurants surroundings. 47/F stunning restaurants. Minor things is that Toliet design not align with room. Air conditioning has a bit noise. Breakfast area temporary until renovation works is completed.
