Great hotel, excellent location, but the shower could be cleaner. There was some mold behind the shower door. The window of my room was also a but dirty

Tried ACCOR hotel for the first time and chose to stay with Silveri. The location is good, shops downstairs. The check-in was smooth. Basic amenities, no Sauna or Steam room. They'll hold a deposit if you borrow an HDMI cable. Heavy room door - it's like pushing a thick wall. The room view was nothing special. Shuttle bus to airport runs at every hour. Average hotel experience. You may opt to go with Marriott hotels around Tung Chung if you want better service and amenities.

This is the first time I stay in this hotel. The room itself is neat, tidy and well designed. Despite it is on top of a podium of shopping mall, it is exceptionally quiet and transquil, and yet within immediate distance to an all-inclusive mall. Look forward to vidit again shortly.

Staying at the Hong Kong Silverview Hotel, I found delightful surprises in every detail. The room wasn't overly spacious, but the light wood furnishings brightened it up. Opening the floor-to-ceiling windows, the glittering nightscape of Victoria Harbour spilled into view, and even the air seemed infused with Hong Kong's romantic charm. The bathroom featured a neat wet/dry separation, the toiletries had a subtle gardenia scent, and the bath towels were fluffy like clouds. Right below, the MTR station entrance made it easy to shop in Tsim Sha Tsui or enjoy a cha chaan teng meal in Sheung Wan. Returning, picking up some fishballs from the corner stall and carrying the steaming paper bowl into the elevator, there was a wonderful, homely ease. The front desk staff spoke fluent Mandarin, and the cool mints offered at check-out were a refreshing touch. While not a top-tier luxury hotel, it perfectly blends convenience and comfort, much like a beloved old cha chaan teng tucked away in Hong Kong's streets – cozy and unforgettable.

I'd like to start by thanking the hotel for the complimentary room upgrade. The kids absolutely loved the outdoor jacuzzi. However, the breakfast menu was identical for our entire three-day stay and definitely needs more variety. My biggest concern, though, was the water pressure. The shower fixtures looked fancy (I forgot to take a photo), but the water flow was so weak it was impossible to have a satisfying shower. The toilet also struggled to flush properly. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses these issues.

Having been to Disneyland over a dozen times, I can't believe I didn't discover this gem of a value hotel sooner! We booked a package deal in advance, costing HKD 1100 per night, including breakfast. It's conveniently located above Citygate Outlets, just two MTR stops from Disneyland. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and after a meal, you can easily browse the mall. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus service to and from the airport, running hourly, with a journey time of approximately ten minutes. This trip, we stayed in a 26-square-meter sea-view king room, which is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The window overlooks the airport, and honestly, if my child hadn't been so eager to get to Disneyland, I could have happily stayed in bed all day just watching the planes take off and land! Their bottled water and toothbrushes are eco-friendly, made from paper and wood respectively, which is a nice touch. There's also an outdoor swimming pool on the 9th floor. However, there were a couple of minor downsides. The breakfast selection was a bit limited, though I must add that my little sister absolutely adored their egg waffles! Also, the room doors are incredibly heavy, but this contributes to excellent soundproofing. We're already planning to stay here again for the Halloween Disney Run!

Because we were leaving Hong Kong for good we chose to stay there for 5 nights. There was a problem. Finding the entrance for the driver. We chose to stay on the Executive floor which gave us access to the Executive. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. Both the swi.ming pool and the gym were of a good standard. The buffet breakfast could have had a wider choice but the fine dining restaurant and bar were a delight. We would definitely choose to stay there again and really enjoyed our stay.

Spent 3 nights at the Silveri. Pros: very near and convenient walk to Tung Chung station which is convenient for us to go to Disneyland and Kowloon station to take high speed rail to Shenzhen for a day trip. Reception staff who attended to us was great for check in and out. Love the toiletries provided. Shower and toilet are separated which is good. Convenient that free shuttle bus service is provided from the hotel to and fro.. Cons: no bidet in the toilet which is a big drawback for us. I also find the floor quite dusty. On the last night of our stay, the room was suddenly filled with cigarette smell. Likely someone was smoking in one of the rooms close to ours and the smell got ventilated into our room. Manager was fairly quick to offer a change of rooms. Though they offered for someone to come to our room to help with the move, we waited for some time before I decided to go down to reception myself and realised the cards were still with them. The upgraded room on level 16 has automated toilet and more spacious room though layout is the same. Overall, I may try out other hotels if I plan to stay around the area. For the price paid, it is not value for money for my experience.

Our 1 night stay at The Silveri was really pleasant. The hotel is new, sparkling clean and has a great pool. Also nice view from the room to the airport but still no noise can be heard. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was complimentary and took only few minutes.

Good airport hotel on the top of HKs largest mall. Small but very good rooms (clean, good bed, great shower). Great pool and breakfast. Note that the Air Conditioning in the bar is very ‘aggresive’.
