Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

A returning guest here! I'm not sure if it's because of the summer holiday, but it seems like all departments are so busy that some of the hygiene details aren't as good as before. As soon as I entered the room, before I even touched the bed, I found a short hair on the bedsheet (I have long hair, so it couldn't have been mine). Also, later that night, I wanted a drink and ordered some glasses, but they were incredibly dirty, as if they hadn't been washed at all (luckily, I hadn't had a drink yet). I hope these details can be followed up and improved.

Quite good, just didn't get a chance to swim. It's really great, if you have enough time, you can go for a swim or use the gym, it's free.

The hotel's location is excellent, though the room itself felt a bit dated with a musty smell upon entering. However, the bathroom and bed were very clean. It was my birthday during my stay, and the hotel surprised me with a small cake, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We had dinner at the Cucina restaurant on the sixth floor, and the view was fantastic.

The environment wasn't great. I'd say the only convenient thing was the location for drivers. The bellhop at the entrance was very friendly and helped with luggage, and check-in was quite easy. However, the hotel is quite old. The outlets and facilities are very dated. Its only advantage is the location. There's nothing else really going for it.

The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Harbour City, making everything easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, the service professional and friendly, and the facilities complete. It's incredibly convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.

The location is superb, right by Harbour City and just a stone's throw from Victoria Harbour. We arrived from Zhuhai in the morning, around 11 AM, and were able to check-in early and store our luggage. We then immediately started our exploration of dining and shopping. Around 3 PM, I asked for our room number and was surprised with an upgrade! The room was super spacious, and the bathroom even had a shower. It also came with USB charging ports, so I didn't need to bring a power adapter. The bed was huge and very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong.

Great location and excellent service, with a delicious breakfast. However, the room had a noticeable musty smell, and the lighting was very dim, with only warm yellow lights and no main overhead light, which felt a bit unsettling.

The location is fantastic, right at Canton Road Harbour City, and within walking distance to the Avenue of Stars. 1881 Heritage is just across the street. However, the facilities in the room are a bit old. The breakfast spread was very generous. Overall, for this price point, the location makes it worthwhile. I'd probably choose to stay here again.

The location is fantastic! It's right in Harbour City, offering great sea views, and you can easily access the Star Ferry and Avenue of Stars. The overall position is excellent. The pool is a bit small, and the gym is decent, nothing spectacular but gets the job done. The service was generally good.
