OASIS AVENUE – A GDH HOTEL

The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls! Highly recommend! The front desk even upgraded our room, which was amazing. I'll definitely consider this hotel for my next trip.

I had a very satisfying stay at the Yuehai Hotel. It's in a prime location with convenient transportation and plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and bright, facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. The staff were friendly and responsive, providing excellent service. My stay was relaxed and pleasant, and the value for money is outstanding for this price range. Highly recommend!

Oh dear, the overhead shower wasn't working, you couldn't get it to turn on. At the very least, they should install a holder for the handheld showerhead higher up, so we don't have to bend over to wash our hair. The faucet only had cold water, no hot water at all, and brushing my teeth with it made my teeth ache. The biggest advantage is the convenient location; there are shops right downstairs, making it easy to buy things and eat. The 'smart' features in the room only extended to automatic curtains and lights that came on when you entered. There was a tablet, but it wouldn't turn on, and we had no idea what it was for, nor were there any instructions. There's a robot on the first floor, but I couldn't really see any other 'smart' features. Personally, I feel the level of 'smart' tech is even below that of our 'Xiao Ai' smart speaker.
