Very easy access to Sai Ying Pun metro station. Lots of food options downstairs. The room is sufficient size for solo travelers or couple. The bathroom is clean and efficient. The staff was very helpful in allowing me to send my luggage a day ahead of me. I appreciated that alot and will return again. Hopefully the swimming pool will be open when I return. I’d recommend this place to any solo travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in HKG

The breakfast was very Chinese-oriented, ie- not a Western type cooked breakfast. The lifts were very frustrating- stopping at many floors even when no one was getting in or out. Also, the swimming pool was unavailable until July- this was not made clear in the website when we booked and was a major disappointment for us as well as several other guests, as we were able to go up to the pool area but not have a swim.

Hotel is convenient located near public transport at Sai Ying Pun just 6–8 minute walk away. There are also many food options nearby.

Booked the sea view room... because of the buildings, it should actually be SEA-TY view. 🤣

The front desk staff at check-in seemed to be there just to process guests — they asked for my passport, had me sign, and gave no information or warm welcome, making me feel like I was staying for free rather than as a guest. The room was small but well-organized and made good use of the space. The most attentive and friendly staff I encountered were the baggage handlers on the first floor, who were helpful and much more approachable throughout my stay.

There was a cockroach in the room. The staff seems super overworked and got really rude an irritated. Some were even flirting with some young guests, holding up the super busy elevator. Super busy and noisy all the time. The location is not bad and the rooms are spacious

Quite close to MTR, and airport bus (A10). The room is a little bit small, but I think it is quite a common problem for all hotels in Hong Kong.

Let me be honest and write a review in detail. I would rate this hotel 2 ⭐️ out of 5. 1. One star for location of the hotel, 7-11 is right in front of the hotel and Sai Ying Pun MTR is just seconds away walking from the hotel and it’s easily to commute. Also you’ll get amazing view of the Harbour as I uploaded the pic. 2. Another star for the hotel staff, they’re very friendly, calm and helpful. Cons of the hotel: 1. Rooms are extremely small outdated including bathroom. If a 6 feet tall person sits on the toilet seat his knees would definitely hit the furniture under the wash basin. 2. Bathroom door was broken and there was no lock. It was shaking. 3. Washbasin is just like 1.5 feet and you don’t even have place to keep your toiletries. 4. There is no wardrobe to keep your bags or clothes. They just have these hooks and hangers to hang your clothes and I had to keep my luggage under the bed. 5. The furniture under the washbasin was broken and old. 6. The table was so small that you could only keep a water bottle on it 7.Terrible breakfast quality, they charge HKD 80 per guest per day for breakfast. The quality of breakfast was really awful 🤮 and no varieties at all. The rice had no proper salt and taste and it was very tight and hard. These negative reviews are not for the staff but for the entire Wyndham Group of hotels Asia Pacific. The quality of your hotels are extremely poor these days. Even in Bangkok I experienced such negative things living in your hotel Ramada by Wyndham is no more what it was earlier. Terrible experience staying with you. I would suggest everyone don’t ever book this hotel.

The hotel was near to Tram and MTR with just a 2 minutes walk. Hotel nearby have local dim sum restaurant with authentic taste.

I love this hotel because its location and swimming pool at the top. I would suggest bottle water in rooms since there are no any. Otherwise all good.

Dirty! There's hair everywhere! Hotel administration, buy a strengthening shampoo for the staff! Or hair caps. And don't tell that 2 mattresses is a king-size bed!!!

The room was fine. I liked that there was conditioner separate to Shampoo but the water never got hot. There is a bathtub but it it's very small and the water doesn't get warm enough to fill a tub.

The staff are super friendly and the view is beautiful the experience of stay is great but the room is small but just enough to move around and advisable for couple if you are traveling with friends make sure to get the 2 beds rooms instead and no enough place if you have 2-3 luggage’s it would be hard to move around

Exit A1 of 西営盤 Station and walk in the right direction to reach the hotel in 2 minutes. The rooms are compact, but that can't be helped as all hotels in Hong Kong are small. You can leave your luggage by the window. Large trunks can be stored under the bed. Breakfast is also good. The building is old, but it is well cleaned. Shampoo and bath soap are available. They are the same colour, so they may be the same liquid. It is better to bring your own if you are concerned. Conditioner bottles are available but empty. You should prepare this yourself as well. Above all, it is close to the station and safe. There are many restaurants around and daily necessities are available, so it is convenient. I will use it again.
