The hotel, though is near a metro, is very small. The interior is dated and gives a claustrophobic feel. There is not many food choices nearby too.

This hotel was a great value for money at a very convenient location and right next to an MTR station. You get what you paid for: the rooms are HK-size (small) but comfortable; and the hotel is long overdue for a renovation, but it was all very clean and the housekeeping team was very attentive. I got a harbour-view room on a high floor and that was beautiful.

A typical small room in Hong Kong. The space can only accommodate two single beds and a narrow walkway to the toilet. However, the sea view from the room is lovely and gives me a refreshing start to the morning. Overall, it is good

This is our 5th times to stay here. Good location and close to MTR Sai Ying Pun exit A1 around 3 to 5 minutes walking. The hotel surrounded by so many delicious restaurants.

Enjoy my stay here, easy access by public transport. Near to the MTR and Ding Ding. We got free upgrade room on that day with such a beatiful view. The only thing that i hope it to be improve is a plug point. There is only one plug point at the room. Hopefully future can add up near to bad

i love the view at the rooftop swimming pool on the 38th floor. it is great to have a swim in the late afternoon. you might be able to see a magnificent sunset while swimming. the breakfast buffet is quite sumptuous and the dining area is cozy and has a great street view. the room is cozy and spacious for hong Kong standards. the receptionists can speak fluent English, Chinese and Cantonese.

Excellent location with harbour views. Didn't use the dining area so can't comment on the hotels food. Hotel was rather outdated, I don't think it had been refurbished since it was built. Bathroom was tiny and not very well layed out. Sink gave off a unpleasant smell once I ran the water, I don't think it had been given a deep clean for a long time. Only 2 mins walk to the nearest MTR station. Plenty of places to eat and shop in immediate area. Baggage storage area which is handy. Cleaned room on a daily basis.

Highly disappointed. Pros- The location is great, in the heart of Central Cons- The room had a few issues, the sink had a draining issue. the shower had a faucet issue. Buffet breakfast was highly disappointing, and extremely limited. Washsroom toilet was literally 2CM from touching the bathtub, making it hard for a taller person like myself to fit through. (see picture) Room had no easily accessible wall outlets, had to use the TVs USB port. Overall, a disappointing stay, no upside, for the cost as well, I’d expect the rooms to be kept to standards and any room repairs be done prior to a guest moving in.

Sai Ying Pun Subway, exit A1, go outside and turn right. Walk 1-2 minutes and you are at the hotel. The hotel is a tall golden building. Take the elevator to the Reception. Poor sound insulation of the door in the room, very audible noise in the hallway. Dirty windows. A cramped toilet. Be careful in the bath, it has a rounded bottom, you can slip.
