I highly recommend this hotel in Hong Kong! The location is fantastic – really easy to find and it's a standalone building. You need a key card to use the elevator, which makes it feel very secure. It's super close to the MTR station, making getting around a breeze, and there are convenience stores everywhere nearby, so all your daily needs are easily met. The room was spacious and bright with great natural light, and the cleanliness was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke fluent Mandarin, making communication effortless and providing thoughtful service throughout. The air conditioning hum was minimal and perfectly acceptable. Overall, my experience was perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hong Kong! Plus, they offer free luggage storage!

The front desk staff are very helpful, and the room service is warm and friendly. The breakfast service is also very kind. The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors, which is great. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, suitable for all types of guests.

The closest MTR station is Wan Chai, about a four to five-minute walk from the hotel. However, the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes; they cost 20 HKD for a set, and there's no complimentary water. While the amenities are limited, it's still acceptable for the price and location. Overall, the hotel is clean and tidy, and they offer free luggage storage.
