Amenities: They provide complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and even a universal adapter, which was very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, very satisfying. Environment: Clean and comfortable. Service: A big shout-out to the front desk lady! She was so nice and upgraded our room when she saw I was with two small children. Other staff members also greeted us whenever they saw us.

Excellent location and really happy with the service. The concierge spoke great Mandarin, was super friendly, and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend this hotel, I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, located right near a metro station. The service is exceptional; the staff are very friendly and accommodating, assigning rooms according to our requests. The doorman downstairs is also very kind and welcoming.

Aside from its location, this hotel has absolutely nothing going for it. It's conveniently located but run-down, with all the furniture looking old and worn. And this was after they told me they 'upgraded' my room! I was hoping breakfast would make up for it, but all they had was carbs! Feeling like Trip.com is getting less and less reliable...

Woke up at 12:50 AM due to intense itching on my exposed arms; my husband was also scratching non-stop. Not sure if the sheets were unclean or if there were bugs. Couldn't sleep, so I informed the hotel. Their only solutions were pest control or changing rooms, but I just wanted immediate relief. I ended up using some 'Muhi S' ointment I had brought for a friend to stop the itching; otherwise, I wouldn't have slept at all. The next day, I gave feedback to the hotel, but they didn't offer any solutions or explanations. This place is definitely one to avoid. I've traveled to dozens of cities and this is the first time I've encountered something like this. My trip to Hong Kong was supposed to be enjoyable, but staying at this hotel before leaving left a really bad impression. I booked based on the high rating (4.8!) on Ctrip, and I didn't expect such a terrible experience. It's expensive and very poor quality.

The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links and plenty of great food options nearby. It's also close to the subway station, and you can walk to Victoria Harbour, K11, and Harbour City in about fifteen minutes. The room was a bit small but very clean. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it, but there are several local breakfast spots downstairs that are really good. There's one place that makes fresh pineapple buns that are delicious, but they only take cash, so remember to bring some.

Very comfortable, very good. I had a pleasant and quiet stay. The environment is beautiful. The room facilities are complete, with chairs, a table, and a TV. The shower room is also clean, and the ventilation works normally.
