Stayed for 3 nights here, overall is satisfy with it! The room kinda have a minimalist feel, the toilet is smaller than expected but understandable as it is hongkong here. Clean and new, will consider to come back next time!

check in的時候小哥讓坐沙發上等，跪着確認訊息，酒店牙刷是竹子的，拖鞋兩雙分男女，電動窗簾三層，房間客廳床頭倆電視，全程進出酒店上電梯有人幫開門，下午進房間鋪床，床頭放一杯水起來喝，攜程會員送果盤、問候卡，送甜點，床品一碰就睡着，潤膚乳巨好用，離店打車叔叔幫忙拿行李送上車。在這個吃碗粉都可能挨白眼的城市，我當初定酒店的時候這酒店還有9個差評，你們是有點挑剔的。

酒店小而美，房間面積有限但看得出用心佈局設計，地毯窗簾和沙發椅都是淺綠色，看着很舒服，木地板光腳踩着也舒服，整體是温馨的感覺。浴室衞生乾淨，洗浴用品好用。下樓走兩步就是熱鬧的地方，但晚上很安靜，床品柔軟催眠，有全遮光的擋簾，睡眠脆弱人士友好。一樓公區很美！像花園，但是趕時間沒機會在裏面坐會兒。看到大堂枱面上的插花都很整齊很新鮮，讓我心情愉悦。遇到的服務人員都温柔聲細，朝氣洋溢，感受到被真心歡迎。

小童不友好。帶二娃住酒店 預訂後不能入住 必須加一間房或升級為套房（床大小同標間一樣大）才能入住。 後來加了一倍費用升級成套房才入住成功。 而且還不讓取消 本想取消後入住附近的洲際 也就一間房解決問題。 帶娃的家庭慎重選擇 體驗實在不好。

We were at the said hotel because of MU match on 30 May 2025.
The location to Hysan Place is about 8 to 10mins walking distance where we bought MU jersey on those two days. Not only that the nearby area got restaurants like 鼎泰丰 and Japanese restaurant.
Walk Abit further, there are mall like SOGO, Lee Gardens building got a lots brand good shops.
There are even local fruits stall n market too.
Lastly, all the concierge staffs and front line staff are nice and friendly. They always greeted and opened the door for us to enter or exit.
Thank a lot for your excellent service and let us feel like a home.
