The room size was decent, clean, and tidy, with large, bright windows. The shower stall was well-designed, with a sunken floor that drained quickly, preventing water from overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The 1.6-meter bed was comfortable enough for two. Disposable toothbrushes and a small comb were provided, but there was no shower cap, so you'd need to bring your own. It's clear the hotel is eco-conscious, as the toothbrush handles were made of wood and the water came in Tetra Pak packaging. Disposable slippers were available but very thin. There's a door in the hotel lobby that leads directly to the outlet mall, making it incredibly convenient. I didn't count how many floors it had, but the sportswear and outdoor recreation shops downstairs were packed. There are tons of shops, so if you're serious about shopping, you'd need to stay at the hotel for two or three days to explore properly. There are plenty of food and drink options too. We only booked one night because we were there for a concert. The most memorable aspect of this hotel was the bespectacled uncle who opened our car door and brought our luggage to our room when we arrived. He seemed to be of a certain age but was incredibly enthusiastic and appeared very dedicated to his job. He guided us to the front desk and even gave us directions, maintaining an exceptionally friendly attitude throughout. We bumped into him again in the lobby the next day and greeted him from afar like an old friend. In contrast, the front desk staff's attitude was merely adequate; their communication always felt a bit cold. Perhaps working that job every day has made it somewhat robotic… Our verdict is that this hotel truly shines because of this uncle; he made us feel very welcome and familiar.

First off, the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, with a direct walkway connecting it to Citygate Outlets. It's also super convenient for Macau, being just over a 10-minute drive from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge port. Plus, Tung Chung MTR Station, Disneyland, and Ngong Ping 360 are all incredibly close by. Secondly, the hotel's service and cleanliness are outstanding – efficient and professional! The hotel shuttle bus service to and from the airport was particularly seamless. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I will definitely be staying here again!
