Surrounding is super good and nearby you got all the attractions and Restaurants. Room is consider luxury big especially in hong kong. much bigger than i expected. Room is clean and tidy. Lobby service was fast and great. Definitely will recommend for friends and family

We got a free upgrade to a family room which we appreciate. However, the room seems dusty (probably unused for while) and since we are the only there for a night, it makes sense to upgrade us and refresh the room after we leave the next day. The bathroom is ok excepts it’s still the bathtub concept with no shower room. No late checkout (even for an hour) and they charge every hourly for late checkout, much like a budget carrier. Location is ok except you need to walk a bit to the MTR station.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. It's also very close to the MTR station. We originally booked for four people, but one friend couldn't make it at the last minute, and they upgraded us to a family room, which was really thoughtful. All the staff were incredibly nice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hong Kong!

The hotel location is in the midst of tsim sha zui that really walking distance to the bay side and also very near to Redtea and Waso where u can enjoy authentic local food. MTR is about 5- 7min walk from the hotel to Tsim Sha Zui or Tsim Dong ( east tsim sha zui ) During Check out , we booked the UBER pick up at the hotel but we did not know it was actually pointing at the back door of hotel which no Stopping is allowed ... Concierge staff JIMMY went extra mile and extended his professional couetesy and help us call and guided driver to the correct pick up point! He also assured us that we can board the ferry on time even though we were kinda nervous ! He is really the GEM for the hotel ! We are bliss to have him help us during checkout !

Much better than I expected, and the service was good too. I'll definitely come back again. The location is also quite good. There are many restaurants and entertainment options nearby. It was a bit noisy at night though.

The room was even bigger than it looked in the pictures! It had a bathtub, a coffee machine, and a full-length mirror. Plus, there's a water dispenser right by the elevator, which is a lifesaver for anyone who drinks a lot of water. It's about a 15-minute walk to the subway, and it's close to Hashtag B!
