The staff at the hotel were friendly and overall it was ok. They upgraded my room which is kind however the room doesn’t look anything like the photos. It was dark and not particularly clean. It was very old and the toilet would flush itself often in the night.

bus station and subway few minutes away, many bus go to different location, airport bus A22 to the hotel..room is clean. comfort. lots construction around the hotel, quite rough.

Size of room and beds were good. I booked 3 days, but on the second day, when I returned to hotel at night, dirty water was found coming from the upper level through an air hole, like a small waterfall, making the corridor and my room's toilet wet. After reporting to front office, staff responsed fast and changed another room for me.

Good location that just 5-mins walk to the MTR entrance.
The neighbourhood are full of restaurants and near a big shopping mall.
Value for money and good for family travelling.

The good thing is could think of is the water came out from shower is big and warm enough. And there’s a plenty of taxi waiting in front of the hotel in the midnight, no need to worry about airport transfer.
