Regal Airport Hotel

The room is outdated, especially some amenities that should be easy to add are completely overlooked for guest convenience. For example, power outlets – even just adding some USB/C ports would be much more convenient. Also, the bathtub drain was slow, leaving my feet submerged after a shower. I won't even go into the soundproofing issues. When I asked questions at the front desk, the replies were unhelpful and stiff. I truly hope there can be some improvements. Thank you!

The hotel's biggest advantage is its proximity to the airport. This was my first time staying at this five-star hotel. For a five-star price, I got a quality that's on par with a domestic budget hotel, or even worse. There's absolutely no soundproofing; I could hear people showering and using the toilet next door. The interior decoration is old-fashioned, though it was relatively clean. The family room for four had two beds, but only two blankets. The bathroom lacked a shower curtain; there was a glass panel standing next to half of the bathtub, only covering half the area. After showering, the floor was completely wet, and the bath mat was damp. No bottled water was provided, and the tap water had an odd taste when boiled. There was no place to charge my phone in the entire room. Frankly, spending 5,000 was so not worth it; I'd rather have slept on a chair at the airport than endure this frustration, especially having to wake up in the middle of the night to take medicine! It was truly enough.

Great location! My top choice for a layover. It's funny that you have to pay extra for noodles or wontons at breakfast! Otherwise, the breakfast spread is simple but diverse, with fruits, yogurt, bread, and Indian dishes, and everything is clean and hygienic. I even managed to capture a photo of a plane taking off right from the hotel!

The hotel upgraded my room for free, and it was fully equipped with very comfortable bedding. The hotel is also very close to the airport, accessible via a connecting walkway, making it an excellent choice for a layover.

We love the Regal Airport. Plus, you don't even have to leave the airport to get to the hotel, which we really appreciate. Even though it's a bit old, it's well-maintained. The pool was too cold. Breakfast was quite good.

The room's decor and facilities are basically from the 1990s. There's no drinking water provided in the room; you have to get it yourself from a dispenser in the hallway. On the day I stayed, there was also a pipe repair at the airport. When I checked in, I was told the toilet in my room couldn't flush and would be fixed by 6 PM. However, from the time I got back to my room that evening until I checked out the next morning, the toilet was only flushing with sewage. I was truly disgusted! I didn't get much sleep that night either. The bed was too soft, and I was itching, I'm not sure if it was from dust mites or bed bugs. The biggest and only advantage is its location, making it suitable for layovers, early morning flights, or aviation enthusiasts.

The toilet was so dirty, please pay more attention to it. The environment was otherwise acceptable.
