Nina Hotel Tsuen Wan West

I stayed here a few years ago and the experience was fine, but this time it was terrible. The environment is old, some parts are under renovation, and the hygiene is poor. The front desk staff were indifferent. You can park in Phase 2, and overnight parking is available.

I don't know where the good reviews came from; see the pictures for yourselves. Seriously, avoid this hotel in Hong Kong! The location seems convenient, but the experience was a complete disaster. I didn't sleep a wink and was itching all over. The facilities are old and run-down. As soon as I opened the door, two pungent smells hit me: a strong musty odor mixed with a harsh renovation smell. Even with the window open for a long time, the smell wouldn't go away. I even saw small bugs in the room. I paid money to stay in a stuffy and uncomfortable place. I absolutely do not recommend it!

Extremely satisfied!!! I'll definitely book here again next time I visit Hong Kong, it's great value for money!

The room was spacious with two 1.5-meter beds, and the hotel upgraded us to an executive sea-view room. Shopping, dining, and getting around are all very convenient downstairs. Recommended for a family of three.

The room was really nice, and the Nina Mall was great for shopping. On my last day, I even visited Sasa and Matsumoto Kiyoshi! There are plenty of options for food, drinks, and entertainment nearby. It was hot outside, but I didn't even have to step out to get to the MTR. It was super convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

This hotel offers great value for money. Its location is super convenient, with several shopping malls connected by skybridges nearby, offering a wide array of dining and shopping options. The subway station is only about a 5-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop right next to the hotel. They even have direct buses to many popular destinations in Guangdong province! The Chinese restaurant 'Ru' on the 7th floor of the hotel is also excellent!

We stayed in a Grand Twin Room with two 1.5m beds. The room was spacious and came with a bathtub. We wanted to extend our stay on the last day, but it was fully booked – very popular! We ended up upgrading to a suite on the 81st floor for an extra fee, which was a huge step up with unbeatable sea and city views. Finding the hotel from the metro exit was a bit tricky; you have to make several turns. It took us a couple of tries to get familiar with the route from Exit C3 to the hotel. Having a shopping mall downstairs was super convenient for dining and shopping, and the metro made it easy to get to other places. Overall, I'd still highly recommend it.

The worst nightmare of my life. I had originally booked three nights at the Kerry Hotel but decided to extend my stay in Hong Kong for an extra day, only to find the Kerry was fully booked. A friend who used to work at Nina Hotel recommended it, and I blame myself for not doing my research and booking it straight away because the price was so cheap. Upon entering the room, on the 73rd floor, I was hit by an overwhelmingly pungent, musty smell for some reason, and the tabletops were covered in dust. My daughter kept complaining, and I tried to comfort her by saying that's what you get for the price. When we returned to the room at night, it was even worse. The remote control was thick with dust, and the moment I turned on the air purifier, dead mosquitoes and dust spewed out, hitting me in the face… While showering, I discovered there was only an overhead showerhead, and at that moment, I felt like I was back in the 80s. The room wasn't soundproof at all, and the bathroom was incredibly bizarre – worn walls with dried bloody boogers on the edges. I barely slept a wink and woke my daughter up at 7:30 AM, urging her to leave quickly!
