Friendly and Good service

A friend who recently visited Hong Kong highly recommended it, saying that for the price, it offered excellent value. The room was clean, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. It's definitely a good option for business travelers.

Towels were not that clean and bedsheets have stain and hair.

This is the worst hotel ive ever seen Our room not prepare so messy its too small your bag cant go inside because of the stuff blocking in the way and our room is still un prepared they tell us to wait but no we leave and find another place to stay

Great location! Really helpful staff - easy to get hold of. The room had everything I needed, perhaps a little less clean/fresh than a standard room (ie holes in towels/bed sheets). Other than this, the room was great! Looks just as described in pictures. A little tricky to find off the main road but got there in the end.

For Hong Kong, this place is actually quite good, and it's extremely convenient for transportation.

The service was excellent. The location is great, very close to a subway station, making it super easy to get around. The owner was also very thoughtful and gave us some complimentary bottled water. Our room was on the street side and had large, airy windows. The overall environment was clean, tidy, and comfortable.

No one was there when I arrived around 3pm check in time, had to call the number on the door and wait for the reception to come by. I booked 4 nights and stayed 3. With 2 nights people were smoking INSIDE the corridor area and in the rooms within the premise, which had signs that say "STRICTLY NO SMOKING". Wish the property could impose fine on these people who blatantly flout the rules for no smoking indoors. The smoke kept me awake for a good hour in the middle of the night. The reception lady was rather elderly but very friendly. Offered me towel, which I declined as I brought my own. Overall is good location, good value. For such guesthouse, the sound proofing is non existent.

Nice place

I woke up to find tons of cockroaches crawling around—it was awful!! Thank goodness I was already up, otherwise I really wouldn't have been able to sleep. The location is convenient, and the room itself was fairly clean. The cockroaches were probably from an old apartment building. The hotel is on the 12th floor of a very old building, with only one elevator that takes a long time to go up and down. The hallways are narrow and cluttered with junk. Having cockroaches in the room is insane!! And there were several of them!
