This is an amazing hotel. Slightly out of the centre of town, but with lots of shops and restaurants around it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the room was great. It was large and spotless.

保安服務非常好，一來就很貼心的安排了車位，下着雨沒打傘就幫忙搬了行李，雖然衹是個保安，當時就在想保安服務都這麼好，其他工作人員肯定也不賴，果然沒讓我失望，衞生做的很乾凈，前台辦理入住也很迅速，為這樣積極的工作人員點贊👍

第一次入住紅安格林豪泰酒店，整體體驗非常滿意，值得推薦！首先，酒店的地理位置非常便利，周邊吃喝逛都很方便，特別適合帶老婆孩子一起來，休閑購物都能滿足。其次，早餐品類豐富多樣，尤其要贊一下炸醬麪和牛雜麪，味道真的很合我的口味。雖然我的訂單不含早餐，是另外在前台購買的，價格略有點小貴，但吃完之後覺得物有所值。另外值得一提的是酒店的免費洗衣服務，確實很加分！服務員不僅把衣服洗乾淨、晾乾，還疊得整整齊齊送到房間，服務細緻周到，必須點贊！總之，這次入住體驗很棒，下次回紅安還會選擇這裏。

遇到一羣當地口音的客人，晚上11點多回房間，旁若無人，開着門過道大呼小叫一通；早上7點又是同番操作，夠夠的。中老年女性和男性，真真需要修練的是公共意識，借他人提醒自己務必注意別招人煩。

辦理入住的時候很晚，行李拿的比較多，前台服務員和保安很熱心一起幫忙搬行李，服務很好。房間衞生乾淨整潔，一進去就香噴噴的，設施很齊全，衞生間還有化粧鏡很方便，窗外景色美美的。
