停車方便，會在辦理入住時錄入車牌，在住宿期間能免費進出負一樓的地下停車場。
房間空間和層高都很大很高，但配的空調無法滿足全部空間，需要開很久後並關上衞浴區的門，才能保障效果。
房間內配的2本書很好，能讓人更好的瞭解和看到這座城市。
裝修留下的線還露在洗手間鏡子的牆上……
床頭櫃上放的小愛音響上都是灰，比較沒有細節
整體來説不是精品民宿的體驗

房間寬敞衞生，酒店不大，工作人員服務也周到，就是早晚江邊人太鬧了，早上打拳唱歌的6-8點，晚上是吃飯的，從安靜的角度來講，江景房有點虧，據説管不到。

房間很大，床墊和枕頭也舒服，頂樓露台可以吹風，看江邊風景，還能晾曬衣服，地理位置也很好，出門覓食，去古城區很方便，有地下停車位。

房間很大，感謝老闆給我們升級了江景房，衞生乾淨，前台服務也挺好！酒店地理位置也不錯，去哪裡都方便！除了沒有電梯需要爬樓梯，不過二樓也不太影響

房間挺好的，主要是比較大。衞生做的也不錯。酒店設施也比較新。每年都要回洪江住幾天，感覺這個酒店是目前這個價位裏最有性價比的了。雖然酒店設施用材不及曾府酒店貴，但是勝在空間比曾府大。比較在意衞生間的衞生情況，這點做的好。忘了拍照

坐落於洪江古商城，內部卻配備現代化設施。入住時還會推薦古城遊覽路線，服務細緻入微，像住在老朋友家般温暖。早晨的江邊晨霧讓人驚艷。

服務沒問題，房間也沒問題，就是七百多不值，是春節的原因，但是可以理解。下雨了，借傘出去要了30元按金，還了傘又原路返回了。不過，住店的客人需要收按金嗎？第二天又借了一次，沒要按金。
