已經多次入住，工作人員服務熱情，夏天空調效果好，離古商城景區很近，出來遊玩非常方便，當地新開發的芳華年代項目也值得一玩，夜景非常不錯！

整體體驗感還不錯，覺得服務也很好。住房也乾淨整潔，空間夠大，但是設施還是相對舊，夠用就行。出門簡簡單單，平安乾淨衞生就好。

房間寬敞明亮，視野開闊。佈置得温馨又精緻，設施嶄新且齊全。床品柔軟舒適，睡了個超安穩的好覺。衞生間乾淨衞生，洗浴設施出水流暢、水温適宜。讓人心裏暖暖的。從前台辦理入住到退房，每位工作人員都禮貌熱情

床單上有老血跡，還算好自己帶了床單被套。抽屜也是壞的，根本關不上。

前台小姐姐很熱心，還幫忙升級了房間。整體酒店細節還可以提升。價格和連鎖酒店一樣，整體質感還是有差距

整體的環境裝修風格老化，過時了，一般飯店賓館四五年左右就要裝修改變一次的，房間毯子是真的很臟！還有味道，最多價格值100，也是包含早餐意思意思而已，毯子要不然就全部撤了顯得簡單乾淨，電視機放不起，感覺很高級一樣，房間，廁所還有蚊蟲，空調製冷效果不是很好，床底下好好檢查一下，還有空瓶子，垃圾，厲害無語，房間服務員搞衞生都是敷衍的工作嗎？真是管理制度太差了，好好檢討檢查海邊吧

1.房間設施老舊，衞生堪憂，整個衞生間臭氣燻人
2.早餐供應不足，去的時候所有菜都已經沒了，連稀飯都不補充
3.入住要求微信交一百元按金，承諾退房後半小時內原路退回，次日退房後已經12小時仍未退回，準備打當地旅遊局電話投訴
