環境還可以，雖然部分老舊。但整體環境挺好的。設施維護的停：不錯的。旁邊就是消防隊，六點過還能聽聽他們喊123。

本來住得好好的，中午出去吃飯打算回來退房，11點過前台打電話來讓趕緊退房，我很禮貌的問“訂單上不是14點退房麼？對方立即兇巴巴的説“我們就是要求11點半退房，下位入住的都來了！沒有14點退房的規定，趕緊退！講真如果你態度好一點我完全同意，但是真的被氣到了，毫無服務態度可言，後來是自己立馬趕回去退房了，前台也愛理不理

我們是原本訂了八間房，由於高反嚴重，有一家人不得不打道回府，在房源緊缺的情況，老闆娘很熱情的給我們解決了退費問題，酒店的設施滿新，每個房間都有一個沙發，用的都是一次性毛巾和浴巾，非常棒！扎西德勒

這個床單上全是污漬，沒有熱水，熱水放了10分鐘都是冷的。累了一天沒想到是這樣的入住條件！wifi也連不上。

沒有照片,但是衞生、很乾凈廁所沒味道，熱水很大，吃飯很方便，定的四間房都在二樓價格非常便宜已經是若爾蓋最便宜的了
