Food: The breakfast was the most shabby I've ever had. They said they had a large order when we arrived, so they didn't have time to prepare breakfast for the guests staying. The steamed buns were soaked, and the eggs were raw. The fried dough sticks, rice noodles, and other items mentioned at check-in were missing. There were only the pictures. Picture 1 shows all the breakfast items. For 880 yuan, breakfast shouldn't be like this. Picture 2 shows the soup pot we ordered, which cost nearly 300 yuan. It was incredibly unpalatable. If you can avoid it, don't eat anything in the hotel. I didn't mention the afternoon tea, so I forgot about it and didn't eat it. Service: The housekeeper was excellent and proactively helped with our luggage when we checked in and out. Environment: Absolutely beautiful, right on the grassland. We went at the end of July, and the price was quite high, almost 900 yuan per room. Facilities: The bed was extremely small, and the roof leaked.

從服務、環境、風景都吹爆的一家！同時也感謝小姐姐免費升級房型。接下來從各個方面細評：位置：月亮灣景點旁，跟着導航過來很方便，路也好走，有專門的停車場，自駕方便。服務：管家提前電話聯繫，加了微信，發了定位，也隨時在線，及時回覆各種問題。到達和離開都幫忙接送拿行李，頭一天下水道有點異味，給管家反映後也馬上處理得很滿意，服務特別好！環境和餐食：圖1、2是早上的航拍，圖3是下午茶，圖4是早餐，圖5、6、7是吃雲去餐廳、咖啡廳，早餐和下午茶都在這。房間不大，但很有特色，黑色系木質裝修，很有格調，房間裏面有mini吧、製氧機、暖氣機，這個季節外面晚上衹有幾度，但房間開着暖氣很合適。尤其要誇讚這裏的星空，抬眼肉眼可見的銀河，漫天繁星超級美！早上躺床上或者推開房門在陽台上就能看到圖8、9、10的畫面，實在太美了！

🏕️景色優美：清晨推開房間的窗，美景就在眼前，山谷草原霧氣繚繞間，氂牛自在吃草；夜幕降臨，銀河傾瀉而下，星空穹頂般環繞營地。房間內暖意十足，温馨舒適，讓人瞬間放鬆。 😀周到服務：前台服務非常熱情，工作人員都很敬業能及時處理問題，設身處地為客人着想。
