Came for dinner one evening at the restaurant, nice walk from Burton farm where we were staying in Galmpton 1m away. Wonderful service provided, even entertaining at times. The waiters all have their individual style and charm, clearly a love for the job. Very traditional in every way, including the classic but well-done menu (I might respectfully suggest they consider revamping the dessert menu though, get shot of the crème caramel in favour of regular chocolate tart or something). Felt like being served in a faultless Fawlty Towers: No dramas, just a charming quaint environment, well oiled machine, lovely and a bit quirky. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunset out of the panoramic view from the windows overlooking the Cove. A memorable evening, will be booking to stay at the hotel soon!
